We have counted on him for remodels (primarily turning over vacant apartments), plumbing, flooring of all types, and general construction. He has done difficult, unpleasant jobs for us, like turning a rat-infested attic into a gorgeous finished extra living space, while charging very reasonable rates. He always looks for the most cost effective solution that addresses the issue.
