"Mike was very easy to talk to. I told him exactly what I wanted, and he was able to provide the labor at a fair price. I reached out to Universal on a Saturday and I was able to get floors done the following Tuesday. This company is very professional. Mike told me it would take two days to finish my floors and it took exactly two days. They are experienced, and the quality of work was beautiful. I highly recommend."

He took the time to clearly explain the damage to my flooring, what repairs were needed, and provided an accurate and honest assessment of both the scope of work and the timeframe to complete it. The job was completed efficiently and exactly as described, with great attention to detail. The repaired flooring looks fantastic, and the work was done on schedule with no surprises.
