"We hired LMX Builders to do our ADU project for our disabled parents. Their bid and design impressed us the most because it was so well thought-out and included details that were important to us and included accommodations well above ADA requirements. They handled all our permits, designing, engineering, architectural and HOA. Their staff is great with communication, addressing concerns and providing quality work. They struggled like everyone else during the covid period but were still able to get our project done within a reasonable timeframe. We are very happy with the experience and the finished ADU!

I was especially appreciative of; is the neatness and cleanup Inri's work team did each day. Installation of artificial grass and pavers went as planned and completed better then my expectations. Working with HOA guidelines did not hinder his work process nor his team.
