"I hired them twice. First to add gutters to my she shed. Took a while to schedule because they are very busy, but I wasn't in a hurry and they came when scheduled and did a great job. The second was to replace a section of my roof that was leaking and remove a stove and replace with a sun tunnel. Again, some delays in scheduling, but it was close to the holidays. The work was very good though a little pricey - but what isn't these days."

In some cases, particularly with slate, clay, or certain metal roofs that can last 50 to 100 years, your underlayment may require replacement within that timeframe, especially if you start to notice roof leaks.

Walking on any roofing material is dangerous, so you should avoid it if you can, but if the need arises, you should know that you can walk on a concrete tile roof without damaging it. Try to step on the bottom portions of the tile that are supported by the lower layer, and distribute your weight evenly across both feet and hands, if possible.
