"If you are in a jam, up against the wall, desperate or just plain don't know any other plumbing resource, then call Bonney. They are fast, courteous, professional - and outrageously expensive.
We called for plumbing help Friday AM and they sent someone out Monday. The plumber was here first thing, diagnosed the problem and wrote up a proposal. It was steep, but he was ready to solve all our plumbing problems, one stop and no more fuss - so I approved it.
In less than 90 minutes he had cleared the urinal drain and installed a new kitchen faucet. The faucet is exceptionally ugly, the worst Home Depot model possible. My mistake for accepting his choose A,B or C option. Although he indicated he would have to remove the urinal from the wall to access the drain line, I think he had a change of mind - the drain was rodded through the outlet after all, no removal - about 10 minutes work.
The bill was $1260. The (ugly) faucet was a $100 Home Depot special, call it $260 with steep contractor markup. That means his 90 minutes of labor was around $1,000 or $666 per hour. I wouldn't pay a divorce attorney that kind of money, even if I was Gwyneth Paltrow!
No complaints about the work or the professionalism - but man that price.

"Understandably and as expected all HVAC contractors were on high demand and all booked up for several days out, so no one in the area was available until the following week at the earliest. We called Mr. Diego Utor and lime everyone else he was also all booked up; however, he added us to his already full day and said he would do his best to stop over. Diego kept his word and arrived late afternoon that very same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem, which turned out to be a bad capacitor. He replaced the part and also checked the refrigerant level for us. Diego Utor is responsive, courteous, honest and his rates are very reasonable for his services. "It's hard to put into a Yelp review how grateful we are to have found these guys. I am in a predicament to say the least. We hired just about the worst contractor we could have hired. We did our due diligence but they were masters of the con. What can u do? (Everlast construction - beware!!) The problems with our HVAC system were many. It wasn't installed to code, and was even set up in a way where if it was left as is, electrical fires and/or the previous hvac shorting out due to being wired so incorrectly. The guys at Jazz were able to take an incorrectly installed system, cut out my old one unit and safely remove it, then install a new hvac with all the corrections to every line. What we have now is an efficient heater that works - and isn't a fire hazard. Imagine that! This isn't even the nicest thing they did for us. Turns out, the ghost of my crooked contractor was still haunting us. We could not pass inspection without a hers test, yet the person hired previously to complete it, disappeared off the map. Jazz got a new one going, and spent several weeks tracking down all the people and paperwork needed to do one from scratch. Needless to say, it was unprecedented for them, no picnic, and they did it happily. Never wavered, never hesitated and always called back and kept us updated. I would recommend them to my mother. These guys will do a good job. They have a kind vibe and I have no reservations in giving them five stars and propping them up. Would hire them again. Thank you jazz!
