He was patient with me, listened and understood what I wanted, provided me pictures and online site references where I was able to further finalize on my concept for the trims. Felipe is extremely courteous and responsive. From the initial contact to the end of the project, communication was never an issue. I value this tremendously; for example, things happen in everyone's lives and if there's a change in schedule for whatever reason, he let me know. Bottom line is that he keeps you updated and you will not have any surprises. Except the good ones. :) Again, with his experience, he was able to suggest and add some extras into my concept that I hadn't thought about whatsoever. It was simple, yet very impactful to the end result; however, Felipe did not let it affect the contract. Fan-tas-tic! Felipe and his crew are extremely professional and courteous. The job finished one week sooner than I thought it would; even my neighbor commented on the efficiency and speed of the crew. And, Felipe joked to me about it, but, yes, his crew speaks English so there also no communication issues when communicating to the team. Without a doubt I clearly recommend him and I will definitely be using him for my upcoming interior projects."
