"I recently purchased my first home with issues. TME Construction was hired to repair leaking windows and a cinder block wall. Tony and his crew arrived 30 minutes early and started working immediately. They checked to see if the windows were installed correctly and they were. Then all the windows were sealed. My wonderful dog knocked over a cinder block off the top of a block wall fence (low fence big dog). They repaired the block wall and today you would never know it ever happened. Tony made sure that my wonderful dog could never knock down the cinder block again! My side gate was broken and Tony fixed it for me which was not included in my service request nor did I ask. "Brothers replaced 26 windows (including a slider) on our home. Our existing windows were 30+ years old and were not opening/closing correctly; letting in a lot of heat/cold and outside noise. Brothers provided a preliminary bid, spent a half day confirming measurements, and placed the order for the windows. This process was very smooth. "Felipe did a really great job on a really challenging project. It was an old front porch that had been enclosed. He demoed a old, very rough concrete slab and replaced it with new concrete / rebar. He helped correct some frame-slippage that had occured over the years prior to his work. He did a great job with some tiling, and a threshhold between another floor I had done. He installed a prehung door and did all of the trim work on on the interior and exterior of the space. The existing conditions of this space made this all very difficult, but I'm so impressed with the results. Felipe's great because he'll brainstorm and problem solve with you, which is especially important for very old houses where the conditions can be unknown at time of starting. His work is really exceptional. The level of craft he brought to this project was really superb. He's also a cool guy, and fun to work with. At this point, once you consider the work done on this project and other projects he's worked on over the past 2 years for my place, he has nearly completely remodeled my house. From now on, I'll basically only ask to hire Felipe."
