"I recently purchased my first home with issues. TME Construction was hired to repair leaking windows and a cinder block wall. Tony and his crew arrived 30 minutes early and started working immediately. They checked to see if the windows were installed correctly and they were. Then all the windows were sealed. My wonderful dog knocked over a cinder block off the top of a block wall fence (low fence big dog). They repaired the block wall and today you would never know it ever happened. Tony made sure that my wonderful dog could never knock down the cinder block again! My side gate was broken and Tony fixed it for me which was not included in my service request nor did I ask. That was awesome! Tony and his crew went above and beyond and I am so fortunate that I found his company! I highly recommend TME Construction. "Gen mgr./sales Rep is the real deal; many yrs experience, very open & straight shooting, offered multiple vinyl dual pane gas filled options, & worked w/us to make the price 'work' per our budget for the brand & quality level we wanted. He/they made sure they quickly placed the Manufacturer order, while squeezing our installation in/end of Sept. before we left on a trip. Installation team was organized & didn't mind my occasionally checking the walls & windows as they progressed, though i did find more than one or two cuts/dents in the vinyl framework, which while being minor blemishes, should have been avoided (whether caused during transportation or during installation). They cleaned up near the windows well, though failed to vacuum their dirty paths from front door to the liv. rm & bdrm (though they did also vacuum up the carport moderately well). Finally, & its not a major biggie but, when they reinstalled the long living room vertical blinds system, they didn't leave it working as well as it was before they showed up. This 14 yr old blinds system wasn't problem free before they arrived so, i chose to let this more difficult to use system remain an ongoing issue/not originally caused by Brothers Home Improvement."

"Rigo ordered and just installed a sliding glass door in the back of our house. He did a great job! The door was a custom order and took four months to receive. Rigo kept us updated every step of the way regarding the status of delivery. Once we received the door, Rigo completed the installation exactly on schedule and did a very professional job. Not only did he do a great job on the installation, he also added and painted custom framing inside and outside that we requested. The craftsmanship was excellent. When Rigo was doing the installation, my wife notice a small tare in the screen from the manufacturer. Rigo removed the screen from the frame and replaced it with a new one during the same visit. Originally, we spoke to a number of contractors, including some from Lowes and Home Depot, but I am so glad we decided on Rigo. He did a fantastic job from beginning to end and was always very cheerful and pleasant, even when we made additional and unplanned requests. "Excellent, excellent, excellent! First and foremost, I had an idea of what I wanted done, but needed professional advice and suggestions for additional options. Felipe covered all of that! He was patient with me, listened and understood what I wanted, provided me pictures and online site references where I was able to further finalize on my concept for the trims. Nevertheless, I was still nervous as to how it would all look so I asked him to start the project with one window. He was very accommodating to do this; I know it might seem obvious to do, but another contractor refused to do this and had told me that he needed to order all the materials for all the doors and windows at once! How crazy! Needless to say, after that one-window sample, we did some fine-tuning to the concept to come a final design with which I was completely and truly happy. Felipe is extremely courteous and responsive. From the initial contact to the end of the project, communication was never an issue. I value this tremendously; for example, things happen in everyone's lives and if there's a change in schedule for whatever reason, he let me know. Bottom line is that he keeps you updated and you will not have any surprises. Except the good ones. :) Again, with his experience, he was able to suggest and add some extras into my concept that I hadn't thought about whatsoever. It was simple, yet very impactful to the end result; however, Felipe did not let it affect the contract. Fan-tas-tic! Felipe and his crew are extremely professional and courteous. The job finished one week sooner than I thought it would; even my neighbor commented on the efficiency and speed of the crew. And, Felipe joked to me about it, but, yes, his crew speaks English so there also no communication issues when communicating to the team. Without a doubt I clearly recommend him and I will definitely be using him for my upcoming interior projects."
