Robert was polite and courteous. He responded in a timely manner and educated us so that we could make an informed decision about repairs. He was honest about costs and suggested the most economical repair without pressure or price gouging. Our garage door jumped off the tracks and a spring broke. Robert arrived in a timely manner. He replaced the spring and put the door back on the tracks. He also replaced the bottom metal strip of the door, leveled and balanced the door. He only attached the door and the strip in 3 places instead of all 4 - we had to tell him to attach the 4th. He also charged us $100 more than his original quote. When I questioned him, he said that I was wrong even though my husband agreed with me. I would not recommend Robert and his company again - he cannot be trusted to keep his word on his original quote. Also you cannot depend on him to do a complete job - you have to check. I hope that Robert reads this review and does not cheat another customer.

The technician explained my options over the phone and was able to answer the questions that I had related to the work such as the warranty and material options. He was the second person to provide an estimate for my garage door. The first person provided three estimates, with the third being a whole new garage system for $4,000. He told me that my sensors were bad, my rollers needed to be replaced, the garage door was alright, and the garage door opener was from the year 2000 and was on its last leg. My girlfriend and I agreed to discuss all three options, but we have a very tight budget. After my call with her, I decided to look for a few more estimates. I had one text out of five or six texts that appeared to be a real person. “Would you like us to stop by?" Now, there was an automated text before that, but his text was what I initially saw in a slew of auto-robot text messages. Robert came by and immediately introduced himself and his business. He has a lot of experience. He even tried to fix my garage door opener, free of charge, by troubleshooting common issues on old openers. He remarked that my system was good for its age and offered to tune it up for me for free, and he showed me how to maintain my garage door. He told me that I had a good door and did not need to change my entire system. He told me that after he tuned it up, I would just need to maintain it. He helped me and my girlfriend, and my garage door opened quietly because of what he did for me. It is very smooth, I have two clickers because he gave us one for free to help us out. He gives detailed and honest work. As I said, we are first-time homebuyers, and we have a true fixer-upper. Robert really helped us, and we paid a fraction of the price. He has reasonable prices, and I trust his expertise. If I have any issues or additional needs he can assist me on, then I will call him again and again. Sincerely, Happy New Homeowner

This is the one!!! Everything was perfect , start to finish! Robert is his name…… The first thing was the expeditiousness of the service. I needed it done quickly and he was here in less than an hour on a SUNDAY! Then he was very friendly and realized the issue right away! He was very knowledgeable and I felt confident that he could fix my problem, which was a broken spring. Then he gave me some maintenance tips and told me what services he provided should I decide to follow through with his recommendations. I never felt pressured. Robert is a number you definitely need in your contacts because I hate trying tor find people for services like this and you have NO IDEA who’s going to show up! God found favor with me sending him because I had several people to reach out to me but I chose him ultimately because of his timing! But it still could’ve gone terribly wrong I’m actually embarrassed to say I didn’t even look at his reviews so I know he was a Godsend because he was wonderful.

The service advisor came over and Saw the problem with my garage door. The Spring was broken he looked over all the other parts. Please advise me on what he can do and what would fix the issue. Had some springs replaced and some wheels. He worked hard and efficiently. Got it done in no time. He also took the time to explain how to keep my garage door in good shape. Had a great attitude and never was was pushy about any services. Robert did an amazing job! Would definitely hire again if needed!
