"I'm so happy that I found David at CA Cabinets! He was here checking on the work daily to make sure everything ran smoothly which is rare for a contractor as usually they just come a few times during the process. Everything is beautiful and he went to extra mile to shop with me for the flooring tiles, quartz countertops, cabinets and sink. I'm super picky as an artist / former fashion designer and he was able to help me create exactly what I had designed. He had great ideas such as adding a waterfall edge to the quartz countertop and a window sill piece from quartz as well. This project was a complete gut and rebuild due to a dishwasher leak - homeowner's insurance claim. I was having issues with my insurance and David went above and beyond to help me navigate the insurance issues so we could complete the project. He is always very prompt and organized. Some of the other contractors that I had previously contacted could not even be bothered to give me a call back or show up on time to a scheduled appointment but David was able to meet with me right away and always notified me of the work schedules. "Felipe did a really great job on a really challenging project. It was an old front porch that had been enclosed. He demoed a old, very rough concrete slab and replaced it with new concrete / rebar. He helped correct some frame-slippage that had occured over the years prior to his work. He did a great job with some tiling, and a threshhold between another floor I had done. He installed a prehung door and did all of the trim work on on the interior and exterior of the space. The existing conditions of this space made this all very difficult, but I'm so impressed with the results. Felipe's great because he'll brainstorm and problem solve with you, which is especially important for very old houses where the conditions can be unknown at time of starting. His work is really exceptional. The level of craft he brought to this project was really superb. He's also a cool guy, and fun to work with. At this point, once you consider the work done on this project and other projects he's worked on over the past 2 years for my place, he has nearly completely remodeled my house. From now on, I'll basically only ask to hire Felipe."
