Brothers was the first company I had give me a quote for windows but I wanted to check with others before making my decision. Chase kept in touch without being annoying. After getting several quotes, I was still impressed with Brothers, so went with them. I got a quote from another company for over DOUBLE what Raul quoted, and with a 4 week turnaround (Raul quoted 10 days and successfully completed the job in that time). He was timely, responsive, and did excellent work. He even added a new crossbar as well as a new border which wasn't included in the original quote. He did so at no extra cost, but I chose to pay him because I very much appreciated both that gesture and his honest approach. I was very pleased all around."

"Monty does excellent work. I needed a window AC installed which involved some custom fitting and mounting. I have a sliding window from left to right instead of up and down so to do a clean install was more involved than a traditional up down sliding window. I believe Monty went above and beyond to make sure the work was quality and addressed all my concerns.
