They never followed up.

Michael was communicated well and often to confirm the work and the date and time of when the work was to be completed. He arrived early and replaced the door and hardware without incident. He did need to replace the door casing as well since it was old (it's been there since the house was built in 1971) so this was understandable. It ended up costing a little more than originally bid but the cost increase was reasonable given the additional work Michael had to do. The door was hung perfectly and is solid and water tight. Great job. We would hire him again when needed.

Gen mgr./sales Rep is the real deal; many yrs experience, very open & straight shooting, offered multiple vinyl dual pane gas filled options, & worked w/us to make the price 'work' per our budget for the brand & quality level we wanted. He/they made sure they quickly placed the Manufacturer order, while squeezing our installation in/end of Sept. before we left on a trip. Installation team was organized & didn't mind my occasionally checking the walls & windows as they progressed, though i did find more than one or two cuts/dents in the vinyl framework, which while being minor blemishes, should have been avoided (whether caused during transportation or during installation). They cleaned up near the windows well, though failed to vacuum their dirty paths from front door to the liv. rm & bdrm (though they did also vacuum up the carport moderately well). Finally, & its not a major biggie but, when they reinstalled the long living room vertical blinds system, they didn't leave it working as well as it was before they showed up. This 14 yr old blinds system wasn't problem free before they arrived so, i chose to let this more difficult to use system remain an ongoing issue/not originally caused by Brothers Home Improvement.

Fantastic. Everyone from start to finish was super professional and super friendly. The sales/estimate and measurement guys both did a great job explaining things to us, the windows look great and fit perfectly (already got compliments on them), and the guys installing the windows were all very respectful about keeping from making a big mess. Everyone we dealt with had great attitudes; they worked hard but were so friendly it felt like they were just friends helping out. Great service overall, much better than another place we checked out earlier, and the price was actually much more reasonable, too.

We had it made up where one set of windows would be done one day and the other side the next. They showed up with all the windows and wanted to install all of them. They were here till 9 at night which was a inconvenience to us. The owner of the company wanted to finish in one day and not the way we agreed to do it. He never called to tell us that. They rushed that day because they didn't want to have to come back the next day to finish. They sent five or six guys around 830 am for the work.

Brothers replaced 26 windows (including a slider) on our home. Our existing windows were 30+ years old and were not opening/closing correctly; letting in a lot of heat/cold and outside noise. Brothers provided a preliminary bid, spent a half day confirming measurements, and placed the order for the windows. This process was very smooth. Pricing was very competitive and sale was no pressure. The crew that installed the windows was very friendly, professional, and detail oriented. They cleaned up everyday and really seemed to enjoy their work. Installation took about 2.5 days and was very smooth. I would like to recognize Amir, Travis, and Mike for exceptional service. I highly recommend Brothers.

I can't recommend them high enough!  We had several window companies come to our house for quotes, and Scott W. from BHI was the only one who was truly no pressure sales tactics.  He showed several types of windows, and did a "science experiment" with a heat bulb to show different insulating properties of the various windows.  His bid was given with a no-pressure time frame, and while it wasn't the lowest one we received, it was not the highest and was definitely competitive.

My husband was present for the installation, and was impressed with the knowledge, skill and professionalism.  They did have to return twice for small issues, but each time they were prompt and quick and professional.  The appointments were well communicated and reminders were sent. 

We are so happy with our new windows, the quality of them and the locking mechanisms make a big difference.  I highly recommend!

Sales representative Mike did an excellent job explaining and demonstrating their product and discussing how they would handle the installation for our home. We had looked at three competing products and considered Brothers' product line to be the best value. No high pressure sales pitch, just a thorough explanation of the product and the installation service. After we selected Brothers' Home Improvement they made an appointment for the final measurements. The tech was clearly very experienced and explained how they would resolve some of the peculiarities with our installation. After final measurement it was about a month and a half for the product to be delivered. We had requested a large enough installation crew for a one-day install. Brothers' dispatched three techs to handle our installation of three patio doors and two sliding windows and they finished the job in one day as promised. Excellent care demonstrated in the installation. The finished product is beautiful and exceeds our expectations, particularly in suppressing outdoor noise. There were a couple of minor issues that were discovered during installation and Brothers' was very prompt in scheduling a service tech to resolve them.
Very pleased with product quality, installation and post-installation service and with overall project cost. Would definitely recommend them.

I was very pleased with my interaction with Brothers. Chase was a very good and patient sales person. Brothers was the first company I had give me a quote for windows but I wanted to check with others before making my decision. Chase kept in touch without being annoying. After getting several quotes, I was still impressed with Brothers, so went with them. They were very professional, showed when they said they would and installed my windows  (7 of them!) in a very timely fashion. Amir and Eddie did an amazing job! Kudos to them! We ran into a small problem regarding egress but that was dealt with to my satisfaction by Brothers. Thanks to Michael and then Josh for taking care of that!

Getting estimate and explaining what type of windows they offered went well. The final measurement went well but they forgot to get my signature in the contract. I feel that the wait for the new windows was extremely long. I waited almost two months. Installation was perfect. No problems with the windows so far.

Gabriel and Isaac were on time and did a thorough and good cleanup..I have nine new Amerimax windows and I love them.

My wife and I obtained a few estimates from local coupon mailers and home improvement magazines.  One of them was from BROTHERS HOME IMPROVEMENT.  We called and set up an appt.  MICHAEL came out on schedule and answered all our questions.  Michael measured all the windows/slider and even brought a demonstration device to show us how well the heat is blocked by their windows.  BHI also had the best price.  We set up an install date, knowing the job would take two days.  AMIR and JEFF were two of the installers and they were great.  (The other two were as well, but we can't remember their names.)  We also dealt with RYAN.  He came out after Michael to obtain exact measurements.  Ryan was great as well. 
The job went smoothly and the mess was minimal.
A few months later, we needed three new windows for our kitchen/nook remodel.  This included a garden window.  Two windows were not retro-fit, but Michael was able to get the new windows to match the ones installed a few months earlier.  The Project Manager for our remodel was difficult to work with, but Michael easily avoided wasting time by avoiding getting into an argument with him (the PM).  Even after the PM ordered the wrong size for one window, Michael got us the correct size as soon as possible.  This was clearly an "I told you so" moment Michael could have thrown back at the PM, but this was not Michael's style.  Michael just wanted to make us (his customers) happy.
My wife and I love our new windows/slider and open them so much more than we ever opened the single pane ones.  The efficiency of the new ones were noticeable from the very first cold night and hot day. Everyone we dealt with at BHI was extremely pleasant to work with.  We were pleasantly surprised at this level of professionalism.   We would highly recommend BHI and use them again in the future.

Michael and Amir did a fantastic job on the windows. Everything went as promised and they looked perfect when they were done. What a difference it made to the house. They did all the work in one day and did it right the first time, which we have found out is seldom the case when working with contractors. I would definitely use them again and refer them to family and friends.
