this is our second project with them, thrilled to be able to have found a quality company with products and great service. we have a total of 12 windows and a few doors that have given us noise reduction and better temperatures in our home.

Long overdue review for this company. for a few years I have had windows installed in stages by the window factory for my home. I recently called them back to complete the remaining windows and my french door. superior quality and durability over the years.

the installation team were great, they did it all in a quick and timely way. my home feels great now with the extra silence from these windows. Back office are extremely respectful snd professional. My new black french doors look great with my casements thank you very much.

Fransisco was very experienced in installing all 3 of my sliding patio doors. Old wood doors were rotting and I had the window factory build new doors for me. road nose was reduced heavily.

I recently replaced my patio doors and windows, which included a garden window and after searching and meeting with many companies I finally found The WIndow Factory. They were able to not only replace all the windows and meet all my HOA's requirements, but they were able to remove the garden window and keep the tile in my kitchen counter intact while all the other companies I meet with were not able to do this and at a substantially better price than all the rest. James was wonderful to work with, polite and friendly. Their sales reps do not work on commissions so there is no sales pressure to make you buy right then and there. The demonstration is very well planned out and thorough. They think of everything you could possibly ask about and explain everything to you in detail. James continually would check in with me to let me know where things were at with my order and when he thought they would be ready so that I was not "Left in the Dark" so to speak. Anything that I needed I could call or text him and he would get right back to me. On the day of the install the crew that came was polite and clean. They showed up on time. They were very careful with our personal items and put everything back where they found it. James came by several times both days of the install to make sure everything was going to plan. He even helped me put together my new dining room chairs that had arrived! Now that is above and beyond service!! There was one mix up with one window that the factory sent the wrong style and I did not notice until it was almost fully installed. However, once we let James know he worked with his office to have the right one be put into production straight away so that it would be ready ASAP. On top of that he got them to agree to a Saturday installation so that I would not have to take any more time off of work. Despite the mix up, because of the way it was handled and the quick fix to make it right The window Factory gets 5 Stars in my book!! As soon as my mom is ready to get new windows in her house I am calling James directly to schedule an appointment with him, and I have given out his name and number to quite a few friends and colleagues already.

Great experience with this company, overall product is very good. I like the way it brought a new look to the exterior of my home. The door is also very secure, the installation was fast and the crew was pretty clean.

We went with The Window Factory for my home in the canyons. The issues we had before were issues with extreme temperature changes. Im glad I was able to get this done, not to mention the windows and 3 patio doors look and work really nice. I was happy also with how clean the crew was, they took notice of my furniture and cleaned up after every window.

I was referred to The Window Factory by a coworker of mine who did their windows through them. This is the 2nd home I had to get new windows for and let's just say my first experience with a different company wasn't that great so I was a little hesitant to let another window sales guy in my house. The sales guy showed up on time and was very pleasant, he didn't brag or talked down other companies which was refreshing and he really focused on my needs instead of just talking my ear off. Of course there was a presentation that followed as well but it was actually interesting and to the point, no fluff, which I appreciated. Their price seemed fair but I didn't get any other quotes to compare, I was impressed enough with the product and the company and signed the contract that evening knowing I had 3 days to cancel if I needed to. Honestly everything was really smooth from beginning to end except one window. When they removed my garden window in my kitchen they noticed that there was about a 4 inch gap where the original home builder didn't put enough moisture paper to protect the wood. Even though my house is over 20 years old there was no sign of damage but Frank, the installer insisted on installing new paper just for an extra security measure. In total it took a day and a half of work to install 15 windows and 2 doors and the nice part is they cleaned after themselves and even cleaned the windows and doors. I was truly impressed with this company, the product is very nice but I was even more impressed with their customer service. Thank you the Window Factory! I will recommend you to everyone I know

Al, one of the owners, was the salesman as well, was very friendly and very thorough in explaining what they are going to do and kept us informed thru all the process. And the technician, Francisco, was very nice and did a good clean up. I highly recommend this great group of guys.

Friendly salesperson. Very knowledgeable. Everything happened as promised. I was told 4-6 weeks for installation - the install crew arrived exactly at 4 weeks. The installation took only 1 day and the crew cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't be happier. The quality of the windows and door seems top notch. I would recommend this company to everyone.
