He was the only contractor to give me a detailed written estimate, which was also lower than the two other verbal estimates I received. Mike also included some needed structural upgrades & other current building code requirements. The final inspection by San Francisco building department is scheduled for Monday, 6/13/22. They did an excellent job in prepping the house for the actual painting and they completed the house in a timely manner (5 and 1/2 days straight through). They were professional and took great pride in their work. They kept me informed throughout the process. They also installed rain gutters which complemented the paint scheme of the house.
