"Michael was communicated well and often to confirm the work and the date and time of when the work was to be completed. He arrived early and replaced the door and hardware without incident. He did need to replace the door casing as well since it was old (it's been there since the house was built in 1971) so this was understandable. It ended up costing a little more than originally bid but the cost increase was reasonable given the additional work Michael had to do. The door was hung perfectly and is solid and water tight. Great job. We would hire him again when needed."

He was here checking on the work daily to make sure everything ran smoothly which is rare for a contractor as usually they just come a few times during the process. Everything is beautiful and he went to extra mile to shop with me for the flooring tiles, quartz countertops, cabinets and sink. I'm super picky as an artist / former fashion designer and he was able to help me create exactly what I had designed. He had great ideas such as adding a waterfall edge to the quartz countertop and a window sill piece from quartz as well. This project was a complete gut and rebuild due to a dishwasher leak - homeowner's insurance claim. I was having issues with my insurance and David went above and beyond to help me navigate the insurance issues so we could complete the project. He is always very prompt and organized. Some of the other contractors that I had previously contacted could not even be bothered to give me a call back or show up on time to a scheduled appointment but David was able to meet with me right away and always notified me of the work schedules. Pricing was reasonable and in line with other estimates I received."

"Derek fixed my folding laundry room doors.. I thought that they were literally gone. I was prepared to throw them away and buy new ones. "Nope, I can fix this." Derek said. And he did. They work better now than when I initially bought them. Derek is friendly, smart and very knowledgeable. I could not imagine how he was going to fix my plantation shutters. This job was a lot of random things - moving plumbing, reframing walls, completely redoing the drywall, installing a window, removing and replacing a walkway, etc."

His price for the work was very reasonable. The gate looks great and you cannot tell that it was ever damaged.
