He explained it would never need maintenance (as, of course, wood does), and all I'd ever have to do is just hose it down. None of the other people I interviewed for the job thought to suggest that, and one of them gave me an estimate of $1,500! I am very happy with the door; it's heavy-duty and looks just like wood. Tony, his son, and Cody were extremely, polite, professional, and helpful. They did the work in a timely manner and told me to be sure and call them it there were any problems. "Update; What began with a door repair back in June ended with me having Ozzie resurface the kitchen walls to smooth them out, paint them, replace the casings around the windows and doors, and also install a new kitchen sink. He then moved onto the den, where he smoothed out the walls and added texture to them, which he then painted. I decided to replace the existing tile and ran into an issue, but Ozzie was able to find the proper solution and complete the porcelain tile install.
