"I recently purchased my first home with issues. TME Construction was hired to repair leaking windows and a cinder block wall. Tony and his crew arrived 30 minutes early and started working immediately. They checked to see if the windows were installed correctly and they were. Then all the windows were sealed. My wonderful dog knocked over a cinder block off the top of a block wall fence (low fence big dog). They repaired the block wall and today you would never know it ever happened. Tony made sure that my wonderful dog could never knock down the cinder block again! My side gate was broken and Tony fixed it for me which was not included in my service request nor did I ask. "It went far better than I could have ever hoped.  This was not a simple project.  
The glass was a gigantic, double glazed window set into an even larger sliding exterior door in an artist's loft
But Chad and his team are the best. Yes, they did what they said they would do - for what they said it would cost - and at the time when they said they could.  But they went above and beyond.  They were so professional, knowledgable, trustworthy, and pleasant to have around.
Taking the massive door out of it's track was a really difficult  task because of its weight and the settling of the building. Also  - when repaired - it needed to put back in place , and meet up perfectly  at a corner with another sliding door.  But they made it seem almost easy.  
When they were done, it was if nothing had ever happened. The glass, the door, and my place were spotless  - and all was back to normal without any drama at all .  Even my little dog liked them - and that is the real litmus test around here!

"Michael was communicated well and often to confirm the work and the date and time of when the work was to be completed. He arrived early and replaced the door and hardware without incident. He did need to replace the door casing as well since it was old (it's been there since the house was built in 1971) so this was understandable. It ended up costing a little more than originally bid but the cost increase was reasonable given the additional work Michael had to do. The door was hung perfectly and is solid and water tight. Great job. We would hire him again when needed."
