Pablo showed up and replaced not only the screen, but also repaired the door rollers and two windows, one of which required a new frame. There's no such thing as a custom frame, almost all of the have to be built to fit. Pablo took care of all of that in under two hours. Great warranty and excellent service. Quality repairs. He did need to replace the door casing as well since it was old (it's been there since the house was built in 1971) so this was understandable. It ended up costing a little more than originally bid but the cost increase was reasonable given the additional work Michael had to do. The door was hung perfectly and is solid and water tight. "Update; What began with a door repair back in June ended with me having Ozzie resurface the kitchen walls to smooth them out, paint them, replace the casings around the windows and doors, and also install a new kitchen sink. He then moved onto the den, where he smoothed out the walls and added texture to them, which he then painted. I decided to replace the existing tile and ran into an issue, but Ozzie was able to find the proper solution and complete the porcelain tile install. I am very satisfied with all the work he has done and would highly recommend him. This was for services completed back on 06/07/2022. He was the first person to reach out to me regarding fixing a pocket door in the kitchen. He was on time, friendly and professional. He was quick to determine what the problem was and made the necessary repairs. He is knowledgeable and has a lot of experience with doing other repairs as well. Which included drilling though cement, replacing pipe, checking for leaks after replacement of pipe, and cementing the hole to a clean finish. Omar and his business partner Vanessa both have geat customer service skills and are both friendly. Omar was hear earlier than expected which Is a plus!
