He did need to replace the door casing as well since it was old (it's been there since the house was built in 1971) so this was understandable. It ended up costing a little more than originally bid but the cost increase was reasonable given the additional work Michael had to do. The door was hung perfectly and is solid and water tight. Great job. We would hire him again when needed."

Rigo kept us updated every step of the way regarding the status of delivery. Once we received the door, Rigo completed the installation exactly on schedule and did a very professional job. Not only did he do a great job on the installation, he also added and painted custom framing inside and outside that we requested. The craftsmanship was excellent. When Rigo was doing the installation, my wife notice a small tare in the screen from the manufacturer. Rigo removed the screen from the frame and replaced it with a new one during the same visit. Originally, we spoke to a number of contractors, including some from Lowes and Home Depot, but I am so glad we decided on Rigo. He did a fantastic job from beginning to end and was always very cheerful and pleasant, even when we made additional and unplanned requests. "Update; What began with a door repair back in June ended with me having Ozzie resurface the kitchen walls to smooth them out, paint them, replace the casings around the windows and doors, and also install a new kitchen sink. He then moved onto the den, where he smoothed out the walls and added texture to them, which he then painted. I decided to replace the existing tile and ran into an issue, but Ozzie was able to find the proper solution and complete the porcelain tile install. I am very satisfied with all the work he has done and would highly recommend him. This was for services completed back on 06/07/2022. He was the first person to reach out to me regarding fixing a pocket door in the kitchen. He was on time, friendly and professional. He was quick to determine what the problem was and made the necessary repairs. He is knowledgeable and has a lot of experience with doing other repairs as well. I would definitely recommend him and have already scheduled additional work in the kitchen and our den."
