"This lady is plum crazy. She has no idea what she's talking about. Her mother who hired me was very nice but I can see she was overwhelmed with taking care of her sickly husband who i helped get out of bed more than 3 times and he isn't petite. I did a great job on what I had to do there. This person that wrote this review is the clients daughter and wasn't even there. And from what her mom told me and my employee was that she is on drugs and isn't to be trusted. She seems like a person who doesn't like herself and needs to waste time and energy on writing that bs above. For every hater out there I got 20 more who loves my work. Not worried about that Good luck Kim Your name isn't [Consumer Name Removed] and you were never my customer. This review shouldn't even have been accepted."
"Very Funny, This guy is hilarious, what a joke, this guy had a unusually sized drain cap on the kitchen clean out, so I explained to him that I was not only getting lunch for myself, I had to retrieve a bigger pipe wrench just to remove the cap. The truth is he and his wife told me I did an awesome job, furthermore this review he posted was unnecessary. I asked why he wrote it and his comment was your didn't send me my invoice fast enough. Huh! One of the worst customers ever..."
"That is funny because as you can see you are the only person who feels that way. I am sorry you are not happy with me and my work. I explained to you that your door is warped and you want to get a new one. All I did was add weather stripping to the door the way you wanted it very tight to the door. Again the door isn't straight and very old. I do not appreciate the fact that you lied and said I cracked your hinge or something? How is that possible for me to do that I was not working on the hinges Roy. Anyway I had offered to adjust it the way he wanted it but he told me no. You are an unhappy person and it is sad that you have to write such lies."
"This guy is a piece of work, my worker and I went up and beyond for this guy's 20ftx12ft patio with 4 posts all metal. Anyway the guy sends a picture expecting me to accurately quote it and I looked at it, it seemed easy enough but being a newer product I couldnt find the instructions online to see the complexity of the build. So I gave him a rough quote without really looking at it. This was all done through text btw. Usually a price on something like this can change due to variables and difficulties in the build. That's what a quote is, it is a rough estimate not concrete, so when I explained to him that the price must go up he lost it. I mean $400 is not enough for a 3 day build with a variables in the wall I went off of, the cement levelness, and electronics in the way speakers/cables/etc..moving backyard furnishings, big trampoline. The hardware wasn't working for the application so I had to go to store and buy it myself just to make everything work properly. He didn't care about any of that, the only he cared about was paying me the least amount of money period, which is ok if it was fair, $650 for a project that size and difficulty is a steal. I tried to ask for $800 because when I had looked up the average cost for installation homeadvisor and other pricing sources it said about $2,000. I should of walked but I'm a man integrity and don't like to leave folks hangin. When I tried to negotiate with him he told me I'm crazy, I told him to look it up and I said I can't do the work for less than $800 it's only fair. So he then threatened to sue me over it and or something of that nature, explaining he'll only give me $450 that's it. He tried to keep some tools of mine as well so I compromised my profit and time for $650. The guy is an [redacted] simply put, I thought we had to come to an agreement but come to find out after I finished that he decided to post this negative review about my company. I tried to email him asking him why he did that and he replied because "I ripped him off". So I told him that makes no sense and he must miserable person. He then threatened me physically through email stated that "he's going to knock some sense into me". I feel like the only reason why this happened is because I forgot to include "depending on difficulty" in the quote over the phone in the first place. Most people of reason understand that if something is more complex then the quote will change. The irony here is I was used and "ripped off". A hard lesson learned I guess...David you told me I am joke I think your a joke because you couldn't afford the installation in reality. I helped you out and you slapped me in the face, thanks for that. 5 STARS is what should be there. Also Homeadvisor should have a better rating system you should have to submit proof of the quality, service, and value with documents, pictures, etc... not just go off what a psycho customer says. I have the pictures that proves this review wrong I wish I could post them. Homeadvisor you should've been on my side on this but you weren't what loyalty..."
