"I Called to get an in person quote for a tankless water heater flush and left this job with a whole house filter and a fridge connection. When Michael first arrived we inspected the tankless unit and tested the water to conclude flushing was not my best option. He then walked me through my options for home filters and we decided on a Halo system. Michael was very well educated on the subject and gave me the best value filter for my needs. He installed the unit the next day in less than a few hours and left me with a flawless work of art. I couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism he brings to this trade! David from Water Heaters Only came in the afternoon of 6/12/18 and it took 2 hours to install to city and state code. He had all the parts and tools to change the water heater on the spot. "I've used them a couple of times. I don't think they were the cheapest. It was a big job, so at least three people came to complete the service. It was very clean when they left. They were very punctual, they cleaned up after themselves. They had to cut a hole in our attic; they installed an attic door that we provided to them at no extra charge because they needed to get up there anyway. Their estimator was really friendly knowledgeable, he was excellent."

The guys were professional, courteous, explained what they were doing and why, and couldn't have been nicer. Joe's attention to detail is evident in the care and consideration that he put into the duct work in the installation process. He thoroughly explained to me the importance of the duct work: location and size of the ducts to maximize the efficiency of the system that he was installing. Our home is an old home, and I really appreciate the care that he took in the installation process. I obtained 3 quotes for this job and West Tech Mechanical was in the middle. "We had no heat, and we had other companies come out and they said we had to replace our system. DNA heating and cooling came out and recommended we replace our system, but did offer other options. We opted to repair versus replace for the time being and the system has worked thus far. We would highly recommend this company as they were gloves, masks and booties over there shoes. The technician was extremely thorough with the unit, and he was able to communicate with me so I was able to understand and make an informed decision. "This company was the second i had out to look at repairing our tankless hot water heater. For over a week the hot water would turn off randomly.  Baltica was my second opinion  for the repairs and i felt really lucky to have found them on Angie's list. The first company told me i needed to replace the entire 5 year old unit for $2200.00.
