"It was a pleasure working with Mario, he is very knowledgeable and helpful. Mario?s team did a great job repairing my antique hardwood floor in my 110-year old house. There was water damage, dry rot and missing wood planks. They did a great job at blending in the new wood with the old wood. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly crew. The floors look beautiful! The job took 3 days total including two coats of oil-based polyeurthane. Once the work was completed I had to wait a total of 48 hours before I could move my furniture back in (24 hours for the oil-based polyeurthane to dry and another 24 hours for it to cure). The smell of the top coat is very strong for the first 2-3 days as expected due to it being oil-based and not water-based. I chose a semi-gloss finish, no staining necessary. The type of wood we had to purchase to match my old floors was very expensive, but blended in nicely."

He came to our house to measure and provide a quote. The installers were efficient and completed the job in a day. They did not charge to move the furniture (the other businesses we looked into did). We could probably have paid less at Home Depot or someplace similar, but we were interested in patronizing a small business that used their own employees to install the carpet instead of contracting out. "I have sold my home and the carpeted floors on the stairs and second floor had numerous squeaks that the buyer requested for repair. Angel ( owner) showed up on time and proceeded to works his magic. 8 hours later my wife and I were astonished on the quiet sound of our stairs and upstairs floor. Angel also stretched our carpet which wasn’t in the work specs but did it on his own. 95% of the squeaks are gone and Angel explained to me why the other 5% couldn’t be repaired.
