"This is actually the third time I've used the Good Guy Plumbing. These have all been small jobs. The shower diverter (which wasn't diverting), toilet leaking, and this time a gimpy garbage disposal. Small jobs but they are really, really annoying if they don't work properly. Robert, Ernie, and Abilla showed up on time, were very personable and professional and completed the job quickly and neatly. I'm sure that we will encounter a larger plumbing issue in the future because we live in a 70-year-old house. But we are so pleased that Robert and his team are willing and able to provide us with professional service even on the small jobs! "Excellent! John has been a lifesaver for our condominium complex - Whitsett Court Condominiums. We had forty year old plumbing that the previous HOA boards had completely ignored. We were wasting an enormous amount of money patching leaks. Also, we were scrambling to find plumbers every time a pipe leaked. "This was a difficult project, owing to the no-cripple-wall construction of my house and the ridiculously tight crawl space - less than a foot in critical spots - plus the maze of beams and ducts. I called six or seven plumbers to come out and bid the work and two of them ran screaming (well, not really, they just told me they needed to work up an estimate 'back at the office' and never called back). One guy swore I'd have to rip out a wall AND the floor to get to the pipe. Mr. Rooter didn't propose anything so dramatic. They just said they'd excavate as needed to make room to move around. So that's what they did. They billed it as a two-day job. They showed up on time, and the work was wrapped up by the third hour of the second day. Because that, I was concerned this job had been overbilled. Their bid had been astronomical, but it was still lower than everyone's except the guy with the lapsed bond. Mr. Rooter had been willing to negotiate and I knocked about $650 off their initial bid. They took another $200 off at the back end because of my concern with overbilling. They didn't have to do that since they had a signed contract in hand, but they were willing to take care of a customer. Thumbs up for that. The work looks solid, as far as this layman can tell. Everything drains as it should and none of the joints leak."

He was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient & responded to my emergency call within the hour. The HomeX office & dispatcher were very friendly & helpful. This is the second time HomeX has come to my rescue to take care of my plumbing problems. I will definitely call them next time I need a plumber."
