"Vitaliy came to my house after 8pm to deal with an issue with my dishwasher. It seemed to have resolved itself, but I was concerned the problem I had would reoccur. I explained what I had experienced, and a slow smile crossed his face and he quipped, "I know what the problem is!". He explained to me what went wrong and how to fix it myself. He also showed me how to fix another common problem. Apologetically, he did say he needed to collect the service fee. I told him he did provide a service. He then informed me that the service call fee would be good for 30 days so in the event I had an issue with an appliance, the $55 would go towards that service call. I am so glad I found Vitaliy as my go-to appliance repair man!!"

"Larry is the consummate pro. He's like the Holmes on Holmes of appliance repair. My most recent job (I have used him for 3 years) is the first time he was stumped by one of my appliances. The first solution he thought would work didn't, but then he was at the ready, ordering the correct parts as quickly as possible (My oven is older and harder to get parts for on the fly) and even offering to cover the costs of the first round of parts since they weren't the correct solution. He got it fixed in time for Holiday Entertaining and did it with a smile and a "Merry Christmas".
This is the guy you want coming to your home and fixing what's wrong. He won't make you fix something that isn't broken, he will tell you if it makes more sense to buy something new instead of profiting from fixing your clunker, and if it takes a little longer or comes at an unusual time, he doesn't jack up his prices.
