"I ve never had a same day plumbing appt unless it was an emergency. This time it was different. Called Eric first thing in the morning because of my Mom s kitchen faucet and arranged a time for the same day. He came at the appointed time, examined the broken faucet and decided he could fix it and that s what he did. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
