"While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! I was very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend using them."

"Tl;dr: Easy to work with: 5 stars, super easy to work with Customer Service: 5 stars, really great customer service Quality: 4.2 stars, there was some less-than-perfect work. Most of it addressed. We had a major remodel done with these guys, and they were super easy to work with. Great customer service and very attentive and in communication. No issues at all with how the work was coordinated, scheduled, performed,. The coordinator we worked with (Valko) was excellent. Listened to us and was accommodating when we needed him to be. There are a couple of marks taken away for some quality issues with the finishing work: some parts of the subfloor on remodeled areas (not part of the addition) were not repaired perfectly, and the floor bows slightly and creaks in a couple of spots. One door frame is not plumb. Some of the painting was done a little sloppily. The tile in the shower and bath is not 100% perfectly straight. Overall, would recommend, they do good work and are great to work with."

"Alan explains fully what he is doing, and he works carefully and steadily. Does not take a break. Everything was beautifully done. And he cleaned up! As an added bonus, Alan walked me through how to turn off the gas, water and flip the switches, etc. (This is a new place for me.) I can't recommend Alan highly enough. His work is impeccable. He is honest and cheerful. You can trust him. Should the need arise, I would definitely call him again."
