Let me start by saying Art did a phenomenal job. And approached the project with unparalleled customer service. Going out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and secure with his plan for our shower. The problem: we noticed an upstairs shower was leaking through the floor and through the ceiling of the room below. Something no one ever wants to see. Art came by to diagnose the problem. And we moved forward. We opened up our ceiling and had to demo the entire above shower as the lining wasn’t properly installed. Because of this, we had to not only have the plumbing in the local area fixed but also had to redo our entire shower. Art and his team handled the demo and the plumbing. And he put me in touch with a fantastic shower and tile installer, who helped us once the plumbing was done. But remained in contact and worked in tandem to supply a comprehensive service for the whole job. We now not only have new plumbing, an eased mind, but also a newly remodeled shower that is better than before. Art turned an unexpected nightmare into an a perfectly manageable project. It’s a good feeling to know you have a great person for any and all plumbing needs.
