"Unfortunately they couldn’t physically or inspect the oven circuit board and suggest I replace the oven itself. Tech didn’t seem too enthused to attempt or try to look at the board and instead just to replace the whole oven."

"Despite the hot temperature, it was mid-July, it went smoothly. The only reason why they get a 'B' for quality is because their installation team forgot to switch on the gas valve for heating(!) I found this out because I called for service when there was no heat from the HVAC unit. The tech only took 5 minutes on the roof to find the problem. I was relieved it was nothing serious and that the tech was honest. Otherwise they would've gotten all A's."

"Excellent company to hire. They will do an excellent job no matter how big the work is. Zohar was our project manager and he handled the entire work. We have no doubts that we will hire them again in the future. Our remodeling project was to remodel the entire kitchen, remodel the bathroom and paint the entire house. "I had to disconnect a gas line from my dryer and was too scared to do it on my own. The technicians who came by were super nice and were totally understanding and helpful. They offered to charge me nothing for it, which is pretty amazing considering they are putting their own health and safety at risk coming in to people's houses during COVID. I can't recommend them enough."

"The repairman listened to the dishwasher for a couple of minutes, and said it needed a motor.  He gave me an estimate of $539.95, including $350 for the motor and $200 for labor.  Seemed like a lot for an old dishwasher. Since my wife and I had installed the dishwasher, I looked on-line and saw that the motor and housing were only $140.  Watched a video, got the part, installed it in a couple of hours, and it is running well.  We saved about $400 from e Appliance's quote.
Price quoted for parts and work seemed very high.
