"The most amazing thing happened!! Rick, the owner of RC Roofing, arrived exactly at the appointment time. He was pleasant, courteous, pleasant and helpful. Rick climbed up on the roof, assessed the situation, and then reported back to me. He informed me that the work which had been done on the existing roof was outstanding, that I didn't need a new roof, and that the existing one should last for a number of years more. He also informed me that repairs weren't necessary on a different roof on the house. There was no charge. How refreshing!
