They took away old dried up grass, re-leveled the area, installed a mesh under the grass to prevent more gophers from making holes, and installed new Marathon. It looks great! Joe and his team were very professional, and completed the work in the time they said they would. Joe cares a lot regarding the quality of the job and has excellent communication. He is both knowledgeable and friendly. When they came in we were still ruffled from a prior difficult experience with a hardscape company, and Joe and his team helped put us to ease. We had a great experience with them and highly recommend Joe and his team to anyone else."

The project included fencing and painting, repair redwood deck and paint, install pavers and fire pit, remove grass and install synthetic turf, large tree removal, hedge removal, destruction and removal of sidewalk and replacement with pavers, replacement of lawn with decorative rock and succulents/cactus, complete irrigation overhaul and installation of drip system, install landscape lighting. Luis is a stickler for detail and made sure the job was done right. He is great to work with and his crew are professional and courteous."

Kacen and his team arrived for work early everyday, worked in the rain, made sure our yard was clean at the end of each day. The entire transformation took 4 days. We received several proposals, C & H proposal was very reasonable and gave us the most for the price that we were able to have our driveway and side walks acid stained. Kacen returned on day 5 to make sure we were 100% satisfied. I have been in contact with Kacen since the project was completed, he is quick to reply and be available to assist. We are extremely satisfied."

"I received a phone call within minutes of requesting a quote. Mr. Ruiz came out the same day (Sunday). Showed him the problem on the surface. (Which was an irrigation problem) .He had to dig up some dirt and found the issue. After getting the parts to fix the problem, he showed up the next morning and not only did he complete the requested job. He fixed some wires someone else had cut doing another job. I was manually turning on the sprinklers and using the hose to water the grass. He looked at all my sprinkler heads. He set up the timer on the sprinkler system to ensure my system was working perfectly. The PRICE was RIGHT!! I was holding my breath on how much this would cost. After I paid for the services, I went inside and did a happy dance. I have funds left over to order take out for dinner. I also found out that he provides other lawn services like installing artificial turf and retaining walls. I will definitely hire again.
