"Alex installed a sub panel in my garage to allow for 240v power so I can use some heavier duty power tools. His service was excellent and professional without exception. Alex helped me understand what I needed and offered cost effective and efficient solutions. I got 3 quotes for the work and Alex’s was the most reasonably priced and detailed, which I very much appreciated because it showed he put real thought into the plan, compared to other quotes that clearly just ball parked labor and materials. Beyond that he called out things that the others missed, like NOT drilling through a support beam to get conduit inside when a less destructive and safer alternative was available. He also managed the work in a way to minimize power disruption to the house, which was important considering my wife and i WFH. To top it all off, he added and extra regular outlet as a courtesy because he knew my use case for the space and saw I could use the extra outlet. Absolutely strongly recommend "

"Outstanding and friendly service! quick turnaround on install. I think their monthly maintenance program is a great concept and will save you tons of money in the long run. Only thing I thought was a bit of a hassle was having to schedule multiple people to come out just to give you a quote. Plummer came out to then tell me they had to have his manager come out to sell me the water softener system- then depending on how long it takes another appointment just to install. Was bit of a hassle but luckily I was off work for a week so it wasn’t a huge deal. They will try to upsell you but not pushy by any means. Definitely recommend!"
