They did an outstanding job! I would highly recommended!! very personal individual. Very efficient and professional. They provide solutions for my electrical panel and brakers. Very friendly, they were very honest with their work and the estimate. He drove 1 h 15 minutes in the evening to come to our house to solve the problem, he went above and beyond. Again, I highly recommend them and their referrals, all of them did a great job! I am very happy with them!!

They did a great job. A little pricey but not complaining because they were the only one’s I called. They got to me really fast. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Great guys- great job. All companies I had give an estimate gave the same number which seemed really high to me, but I donâ t know what their costs are and maybe Covid increased their rates. Despite the high cost that I couldnâ t get around, I hired a Penquin snd glad I did.

Outstanding and friendly service! quick turnaround on install. I think their monthly maintenance program is a great concept and will save you tons of money in the long run. Only thing I thought was a bit of a hassle was having to schedule multiple people to come out just to give you a quote. Plummer came out to then tell me they had to have his manager come out to sell me the water softener system- then depending on how long it takes another appointment just to install. Was bit of a hassle but luckily I was off work for a week so it wasn’t a huge deal. They will try to upsell you but not pushy by any means. Definitely recommend!

Gerry was very helpful and he made calls to me to let me know exactly what was going on with the install of our gas lines and the status of the installer. (we had a couple gas lines run from the outside gas bib to the barbecue and to the soon-to-be firepit) Installers Dakota and Colton were super nice guys and did a great job of trenching in the steamy hot humid weather and then installing the runs. I appreciate everyone at Penguin that I came into contact with.

Contracted afternoon of Dec 23; Tech arrived 7AM Dec 24. Coordinated install with electrician and had us up and running by mid morning. All contacts were extremely courteous and professional. Highly recommend Penguin!
