Response was excellent as was the diagnosis of the issue, although it was obviously a wobbly toilet. Fix options were detailed and explained thoroughly. Pricing was a bit heavy, but what do I know. No option but to repair The repair was done well, so far. I would consider using again, but would get more than one estimate, which was not really and option this time.

Top notch service professionals from Stephen who came out late in the evening to evaluate and quote our job. And there 2 installers Davied and CJ. They arrived early the following morning made sure to communicate and update through out the day. They called us right away and Gene was very helpful with explaining what we need to be done and making some recommendations as well. Gene made sure to stay in contact with us and keep us informed of everything going on. The other employees that helped with the work were very professional as well. Highly recommend!!

I set up an appointment with them . They were supposed to come out yesterday afternoon but never showed up, I called them later in the evening. They apologized and said, when are you available next? I said, I can be available eight of the clock the following morning. they said its fine but they will be late for a few minutes . I waited for three hours and nobody showed up.

They were timely to give me an estimate, arrange the date and complete the work . We had a couple of unexpected glitches but these were handled well. Mine is an older home that families before us did some add -ons and we added a carport. therefore There were some anticipated spots to watch. I appreciated the thoroughness and the hardwork.
