"No one wants to wake up, get ready and while blowing hair dry, the outlet/breaker blows. Then when you flip the breaker, you hear crackling inside the wall and smell burning wires. Definitely or a good start to the day. I got on Angi’s List and plugged in the job. I received several calls from vendor call centers and set an appointment for later in the day for repair. Then I received a call from one of the owners of Midwest Electric who said “We can be there within two hours.” Two guys showed up within an hour and a half. Both were both very friendly and professional. They quickly got to work and showed me the burned wires on the existing plugin. They replaced it and ensured me we were good to go. They suggested additional work, but did not try to hard sell me. The repair cost was very reasonable. I will definitely be using them in the future. Thank you!"

"I waited 4 weeks for them to come down for a Generator install estimate. 8/21/23 and they were a no show...no call, no nothing. Horrible customer service. I wouldn't hire them to change a light bulb. And NO MR. ELECTRIC.....my appointment was scheduled for the MORNING and I kept the email that says that. If you'd like to see it.....send me your email and I'll forward it to you. There was NO confusion on my part. It was YOUR company that dropped the ball. Time for you to OWN IT and don't blame the customer who waited 4 weeks to only get stood up. Here's the email YOU guys sent me.....Read it. It says IN THE MORNING. "Above and beyond service, awesome communication, amazing quality of work!! Smart thermostat, GFCI outlet, main electric shut off switch, installed light fixture, installed mid wall surge recess plugs and tv mounts, ceiling fan tightened. Future work to come. "They came out and fixed our problem quickly, they charged me 1850.00 to change 6 fuses .i was out of town so I couldn’t do it myself. These fuses cost roughly 30.00 each, I believe they took advantage of our desperate situation.they did the same for the rest of the mall also , someone stole our electric disconnects so I called on behalf of the mall , they charged everyone else roughly 4800.00 to add the stolen fuses . This is not a company that is part of the community, terrible business practices with the gouging.. there was also spares in the bottom of the box and they took them and charged the others for new ones"
