This was clearly not an installation problem. The Runaround Legacy EV claimed that help would be “readily available” and that a full refund would be honored if the product was defective. Instead, I’ve been met with endless voicemail prompts, unreturned calls, and English-speaking representatives who are nearly impossible to reach. I sent 9 photos of a very simple installation job (we already have the countertops). Thursday, I texted him again at 12:30 and asked if he could send the estimate to my email. He never has responded to either text. I sent email to the company as a response to their office manager, she never responded. On Friday, I sent emails to company both vial gmail and via Angi messaging, no response as of Saturday at 2:30 PM. I can't call, as my business is often in a very loud enviornment and hard to talk. They literally ghosted me and haven't have the most basic level of service to even contact me to say they are too busy for new jobs, or they aren't going to make enough on this job and it's not worth their time, or any other reason. They just vanished. I would never, and have never, treated my clients this way."
