I hired Scott and Ger to remodel my 1930s home (electrical, kitchen remodel and reconfiguration, new flooring, etc.). Ger was very good at fulfilling my design needs and wants, while providing helpful recommendations based on her own wealth of design and product experience. When the house...

Everything gone done that we were looking for, we are really happy with the end result. Any Minor issue that arose, Brian was always there to fix the issue, but I can say we had very few problems. I am very happy with the work of all of his subcontractors, especially the tile work that was...

It went fantastic and looks amazing. He's an excellent communicator, affordable, produces great quality results. His subcontractors are also amazing. I've used them independently of him on a couple additional projects. This particular remodel was removing a wall and cabinets, a leaky...

Jim was very responsive to my request for information and work started 30 days after initial discussions. The work involved in demolition of the shower and bathtub in the master bath and installation of a large shower with level floor entry (no raised threshold). Getting a zero entry shower...

We had already leveled the ground. Roger came out and I shared my general vision for what I wanted poured. I wanted rounded edges - lots of curves. Some broomed and some exposed aggregate. He quickly saw what I was thinking and offered lots of really good suggestions. He thinks like a...

Byerly had worked on both sides of my duplex before as a subcontractor to a contractor I trust completely. I decided to have two of my smoke alarms moved from their ceilings to their adjacent walls for ease of battery replacement, and called Byerly. We were able to schedule an appointment...

I called to get an estimate on some repairs to an existing pool that had been installed by Shasta Pools. I was told they did not do repairs. I asked for a recommendation as to who would do repairs and was told to google it. It turns out that, from what I have been told from other contractors,...
- Dave S.
I was well pleased with all aspects of Pacific Pool Service. Carlos was professional and responsive. He renovated a pool that was in terrible condition and did a beautiful job at a reasonable price. My only criticism was with the subcontractor he hired to find leaks in the pool at a cost of...
- William S.
Coordination among the subcontractors was very good and the job foreman was very conscientious and hard working. Overall, I was pleased with the result.

They were great. They were the subcontractors for the air conditioning unit replacement through our home warranty. We waited for a while because they were gone on vacation and we liked the gentleman who came. So we waited till they were back. They put the new unit and made sure that it...

Legacy EV
Legacy EV
Welcome to Legacy EV the Valley leader in charger maintenance and services, your one stop shop for all your Electric Vehicle Charging needs. We offer the following services: Level 2 EV Charger Installation Charger Service and Maintenance Electric Panel Upgrades Home wiring and re-wiring needs
"EV Clients Beware – Is the minimal savings worth it in the long haul? I want to share my experience with Legacy EV so other EV owners can avoid the stress, wasted time, and financial headache I’ve endured. What looked like a promising purchase has turned into weeks of frustration, misleading promises, and an outright refusal to take responsibility. The Product Failure I purchased a Tesla Universal Wall Connector from Legacy EV. Almost immediately, the unit began failing intermittently — sometimes charging, sometimes not, with error codes like a blinking blue light appearing randomly. Despite having a licensed, bonded, and insured electrician (the same one who installed it) return multiple times to confirm the installation was correct, the issues continued. This was clearly not an installation problem. The Runaround Legacy EV claimed that help would be “readily available” and that a full refund would be honored if the product was defective. Instead, I’ve been met with endless voicemail prompts, unreturned calls, and English-speaking representatives who are nearly impossible to reach. When I finally did get through, I was told to contact Tesla, who then redirected me to GMC, who — unsurprisingly — refused to help since it’s not a GMC product. Misleading Sales Practices When I asked directly who owned the company, President and Cofounder Mavrick Knoles didn’t disclose his own role — only for me to later find out the truth. This lack of transparency, combined with false assurances about refund and support policies, raises serious ethical concerns. The “Options” They Offered Were Insulting • File a warranty claim with Tesla • Return it with a restocking fee (despite being told a full refund would be honored if defective or was not working properly with a non Telsa EV) • Buy another unit from them (why would I when the first one was a disaster?) The Reality Legacy EV’s business model seems to hinge on dodging responsibility and making customers jump through hoops until they give up. I have detailed documentation, photographs, and time logs of every interaction, and I am now pursuing complaints with the BBB, the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, local news outlets, and preparing for legal action to recover my costs and damages. If you value honesty, timely customer service, and getting what you paid for, do NOT trust Legacy EV. The small initial savings are absolutely not worth the nightmare that may follow. #LegacyEV #EVCharging #ConsumerWarning #BadBusiness #EVOwnersBeware #TeslaChargerFail"

These all add up to the perfect one-stop-shopping experience in times of loss. We specialize in kitchen and bathroom remodels, home additions, updates/aesthetic regeneration, Arizona rooms, ADA compliant reconfiguration, and smaller upgrades, such as flooring, cabinetry and carpentry. In the area of reconstruction, we are able to tack ground-up builds and full post-loss reconstruction. Drafting services are also available upon request. Fire, flood, storm, other natural disaster remediation and plumbing services available 24-7-365 by our certified team. Mold and asbestos abatement services also available. All Insurances accepted; and we are a preferred vendor for some insurance carriers.
"It didn't go at all. Total lack of input and service. Estimator Dave was to show up on Wednesday at 1 PM to give us an estimate on installing kitchen countertops. He texted me at 12:31 and said he was hung up on another job, and couldn't make it, but if I sent him photos of the kitchen he would send me an estimate. That was Wednesday. I sent 9 photos of a very simple installation job (we already have the countertops). Thursday, I texted him again at 12:30 and asked if he could send the estimate to my email. He never has responded to either text. I sent email to the company as a response to their office manager, she never responded. On Friday, I sent emails to company both vial gmail and via Angi messaging, no response as of Saturday at 2:30 PM. I can't call, as my business is often in a very loud enviornment and hard to talk. They literally ghosted me and haven't have the most basic level of service to even contact me to say they are too busy for new jobs, or they aren't going to make enough on this job and it's not worth their time, or any other reason. They just vanished. I would never, and have never, treated my clients this way."

FAQs for subcontracting projects in Mesa, AZ
One starting point to find a local home builder is to collect suggestions from friends and neighbors. However, it’s still wise to do some more research before you hire a builder. Read reviews to supplement any word-of-mouth recommendations. Check sources like Angi that have standards and criteria in place to screen the pros it lists can also help you find more reputable local home builders.
Yes, most states require plumbers to be licensed, and for good reason. Hiring an unlicensed plumber could lead to poor quality work, costly future expenses, and potential code violations.
As you browse our pro listings, take note of the “Angi Approved” badge. Angi Approved businesses meet our standards for certification which include:
The owner, principal, or relevant manager passed a criminal background check
Required to have applicable state and local licenses
Maintain an average star rating of 3.0 or better on our network, if they have at least one review
Paying to advertise their services
Meeting any other eligibility criteria required by Angi
Keep in mind licensing is different from certifications. A license is a legal requirement to operate a business, while certifications are voluntary.

Qualified, licensed electricians will charge from $50 to $100 per hour. The cost to hire an electrician for emergency visits may range from $100 to $200 per hour because this urgent service usually takes place during off hours and may require an electrician to leave or reschedule jobs they’re currently working on. Scheduling work on holidays or during periods of high customer demand, like after a major storm, will also lead to higher rates or extra fees.
