The work went well. We had some delays due to parts (Covid-related) but Kirk was pretty efficient planning all the trades we needed. The end result was great - we finally have a modern kitchen!

Excellent carpentry work by John Hughes who supervised the project. He's very particular and careful with his work. Custom cabinetry of top quality. Tile, plumbing, cabinet makers, and electrical workers all skilled and efficient. Work site cleaned. Very pleased with outcome of project.

It went well as planned

The two meetings we had with Devon she displayed thoroughness and professionalism. I have no doubt had we followed through with their proposal those same qualities would have been evident throughout the project.

Excellent workmanship. Cleaned up each night. Subcontractors were monitored by Kirk people and in regular contact with us. City inspectors passed each inspection. Very happy with results.

It all went very well. Kirk met every commitment and kept every promise, and they briught in the highest quality subcontractors and vendors.

It went great they actually fixed a leak in the shower that they didn't remodel. Went above and beyond John and Devin are great to work with and great pricing.

Kirk Development was awesome, Tom was very helpful and knew exactly what we needed. Will use them again for our future remodel.

After hearing horror stories, I really felt that I had found a gem in Kirk Development Co and I was right. From the initial consult with Gary to John Clements running our job, they were fabulous. They were responsive, on time, cleaned as they went and truly treated our condo as if it was their own. John felt like family and was even good with our bulldog! We love how everything turned out and John is the one that made it happen! We appreciate him and his work more than he will ever know!

We had been referred to Kirk Development by a friend who had given them rave reviews on a major remodel at their home. We were certainly not disappointed! From the inception of the project with Gary as our designer, we were kept informed of the progress and what the schedule would be. We had a bit of a hiccup at the beginning of the project as our superintendent left the company and we were assigned a new superintendent. We were a bit concerned how this would affect the project, but that was an unwarranted concern. Michael stepped in seamlessly and led the remainder of the project beautifully. One thing I appreciated about the way Michael managed our job was a real time calendar he left at our home so I knew when different projects would be worked on and subcontractors would be arriving at the house. It can be tough to "live" through a remodel at your home when you are actually living there, but this made it quite manageable and helped eliminate surprise arrivals. I really appreciated that as a stay at home mom! Also, all the subcontractors we worked with were terrific - very qualified and professional. Our remodel was a bit complicated because of the odd angles in our kitchen, but Gary, Michael, and the rest of the team really helped give us great advice and direction so as to ensure the kitchen functioned for us as well as looked nice aesthetically. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kirk to anyone who wants a quality product!

They are incredible. This is the 2nd time we used them. They are just an incredible company to deal with. They were upfront and honest. They do very very high quality work.

Not well. The salesperson would not provide renderings without signing their contract. To me, that’s a red flag.

Nate showed up on time to bid the work, walked me through a few options and provided a quote. Work to be completed next week. Will update the review once work is done, but they answered the phone when I called, gave me a specific show up time, which they met, gave me a good bid and will be doing the work around my schedule. I couldn't even get another contractor to call me back. Kirk definitely earned my business.

We engaged Kirk Development to add a room addition to our home. They handled all correspondence with the subcontractors and ensured that all work was done professionally and in a timely manner. We were very pleased with the work they provided and would hire them again for any future needs we may have.

We moved into a new home that needed some updating. We decided to do the Kitchen first and since we have used Kirk before we called them first. They did not disappoint. It's never easy to have work being done while you are in the house but as usual Kirk Development made it as smooth as possible. They have done work for me several times in the past and again did an outstanding job. Worked with Nate the salesman to set up the plan. I will work only with Nate and Kirk Development as they have always come through for us before.

I asked four construction companies to give me a quote on a complete remodel of my kitchen. Kirk is the only company that showed up and actually followed through with a bid. I think something needed to be said about this professionalism.
