Tom King was one of the subcontractors for Green Valley Pool. He did a great job removing the old deck and sidewalk around the pool and pouring a new decking. The job required lots of curves and he did a fabulous job making everything look great.

The job went better than I hoped for. I contacted BND first and explained my pool remodeling needs. Since it included adding a spa, BND recommended me to Green Valley Pools. BND performed the plaster and tile work as a subcontractor for Green Valley Pools.

The job took longer than expected but we were warned in advance one of the subcontractors was backed up. The end results were simply magnificent! The pool and deck had been patched and modified since being installed over 45 years ago. It is now even better than new and we are loving it.

The quality of work was exceptional, especially the cabinet installation and wood plank porcelain tile through the the home and master shower. Removing the existing tile was dusty and more attention to protecting rooms/furniture would have been nice if possible. The subcontractors were...

We were extremely pleased with the work done by Cactus Valley. We'd highly recommend Don and his crew and would not hesitate to use them again. Don adhered to the budget and the schedule. His subcontractors were professional and hard working. They were very careful of our home and always...

I had used Terry once before to do some remodeling inside my house and he was first person I called to get an estimate. Working with Terry was easy. He got his two subcontractors to contact me and I met with each to go over work. All of Terry's subs have worked for him for a long time so...

Adam provided outstanding service throughout the whole process. He showed up promptly to discuss what we wanted done, quickly provided an estimate, and started and finished on schedule. Throughout the whole construction process he made sure we were happy with everything that was being done,...

. really unhappy with this company here's why: - The tile that was installed is unglazed and water penetrates as well as wicks up above the water line. This means that it evaporates and with the very hard water in our area leaves ugly deposits. Due to the finish on the tile the only way...

The work was completed within the estimated time frame. He and his workers were always professional and hard working. The work was well-done, especially the ceramic tile. They cleaned up and kept the dust in one area. His subcontractors for installation of the granite and the glass for the...

Legacy EV
Legacy EV
Welcome to Legacy EV the Valley leader in charger maintenance and services, your one stop shop for all your Electric Vehicle Charging needs. We offer the following services: Level 2 EV Charger Installation Charger Service and Maintenance Electric Panel Upgrades Home wiring and re-wiring needs
"EV Clients Beware – Is the minimal savings worth it in the long haul? I want to share my experience with Legacy EV so other EV owners can avoid the stress, wasted time, and financial headache I’ve endured. What looked like a promising purchase has turned into weeks of frustration, misleading promises, and an outright refusal to take responsibility. The Product Failure I purchased a Tesla Universal Wall Connector from Legacy EV. Almost immediately, the unit began failing intermittently — sometimes charging, sometimes not, with error codes like a blinking blue light appearing randomly. Despite having a licensed, bonded, and insured electrician (the same one who installed it) return multiple times to confirm the installation was correct, the issues continued. This was clearly not an installation problem. The Runaround Legacy EV claimed that help would be “readily available” and that a full refund would be honored if the product was defective. Instead, I’ve been met with endless voicemail prompts, unreturned calls, and English-speaking representatives who are nearly impossible to reach. When I finally did get through, I was told to contact Tesla, who then redirected me to GMC, who — unsurprisingly — refused to help since it’s not a GMC product. Misleading Sales Practices When I asked directly who owned the company, President and Cofounder Mavrick Knoles didn’t disclose his own role — only for me to later find out the truth. This lack of transparency, combined with false assurances about refund and support policies, raises serious ethical concerns. The “Options” They Offered Were Insulting • File a warranty claim with Tesla • Return it with a restocking fee (despite being told a full refund would be honored if defective or was not working properly with a non Telsa EV) • Buy another unit from them (why would I when the first one was a disaster?) The Reality Legacy EV’s business model seems to hinge on dodging responsibility and making customers jump through hoops until they give up. I have detailed documentation, photographs, and time logs of every interaction, and I am now pursuing complaints with the BBB, the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, local news outlets, and preparing for legal action to recover my costs and damages. If you value honesty, timely customer service, and getting what you paid for, do NOT trust Legacy EV. The small initial savings are absolutely not worth the nightmare that may follow. #LegacyEV #EVCharging #ConsumerWarning #BadBusiness #EVOwnersBeware #TeslaChargerFail"

"It didn't go at all. Total lack of input and service. Estimator Dave was to show up on Wednesday at 1 PM to give us an estimate on installing kitchen countertops. He texted me at 12:31 and said he was hung up on another job, and couldn't make it, but if I sent him photos of the kitchen he would send me an estimate. That was Wednesday. I sent 9 photos of a very simple installation job (we already have the countertops). Thursday, I texted him again at 12:30 and asked if he could send the estimate to my email. He never has responded to either text. I sent email to the company as a response to their office manager, she never responded. On Friday, I sent emails to company both vial gmail and via Angi messaging, no response as of Saturday at 2:30 PM. I can't call, as my business is often in a very loud enviornment and hard to talk. They literally ghosted me and haven't have the most basic level of service to even contact me to say they are too busy for new jobs, or they aren't going to make enough on this job and it's not worth their time, or any other reason. They just vanished. I would never, and have never, treated my clients this way."

Check sources like Angi that have standards and criteria in place to screen the pros it lists can also help you find more reputable local home builders.

Qualified, licensed electricians will charge from $50 to $100 per hour. The cost to hire an electrician for emergency visits may range from $100 to $200 per hour because this urgent service usually takes place during off hours and may require an electrician to leave or reschedule jobs they’re currently working on. Scheduling work on holidays or during periods of high customer demand, like after a major storm, will also lead to higher rates or extra fees.
