Our construciton started April 9, 2024 finished on with crew coming in. The crew of 5 gentlemen was outstanding, the team work and the communication exchanged with them was remarkable. Very respectful, courteous to us in our home while working. Each day the Neil would tell us what was going to be done step by step, if they had come across a hiccup, they would address with Cezar , then they would tell us. This project 6 days, I said no to have crew in on Sundays and 1/2 day only on Saturday, project finshed up on on April 15, 2024 with last details. Believe me on a home this old which I'm 2 owner lived in 36 years you have HICCUPS which are to be expected.

Plumbing Masters is my #1 go to for all things water in my home! They are a professional, down to earth, and honest company! It is hard to find someone you trust in this business, as we all know about being oversold on things we might not really need.... Not with Plumbing Masters. They are honest and will do their best to save you money, but fix your problem! I highly recommend them! Also, super quick response time... I did not have to wait days without being able to use my shower! One last thing that sets them apart from their competition... they are "real" people. "DonaId, First off, I would like to apologize for leaving you feeling that our service was not worth what we charged. We did come out for a leak that we had to find that was not visible because it was in a wall. We had two professional plumbers on site to find the leak (both of them on site for 3 hrs. and 41 min. each, totaling 7 hours and 22 minutes on site according to their GPS units). We entered two different apartments opening a wall to see if the leak was in one apartment and in the other apartment we had to pull a toilet and cut the wall open to find the offending copper pipe leaking. Once we found the line that was leaking we got it repaired and put the toilet back. We sure do wish we could do things for the cheapest price around but we would be out of business and simply cant. We offer a fair price for a professional job and stand by our work with a warranty. We strive to be the best plumbing service in town and we stand behind our work."

They had a promo offer for clearing a clog. They charged more and never called to approve the charge. Then they told us it’s not a clog drain but a collapsed cast iron sewer line and pushed those repairs. I called the office multiple times to get talk to the project manager and they had the actual plumber call me back who was pretty hostile. I attempted to talk with the manager again but they never called me back. We got another plumber out there who cleared the clog and snaked the line and it’s been replaced and not even cast iron anymore. I do not recommend this plumber. I waited on this review to ensure my response wasn’t heated/reactionary. Telling my story so you can make your own decision.

they called day of service to reconfirm appointment time, my phone was in another part the the house and I returned the call within 6 minutes and they told me since I didn't answer the phone, they cancelled the service call and reassigned the plumber to another job.

We use theses phone calls for training opportunities when we make mistakes. We appreciate your feed back so that we can make this the best plumbing service company. The reason we do this is if no one answers the phone then we call the next client in line so that we can keep moving along. The plumbers get really restless sitting on the side of the road waiting for a client to answer the phone, so we try and move them along so we can get to everyone on the schedule that day. The tech didn’t know how to add a simple shower head, he went to the truck to “call his boss” for 20min and came back and said he couldn’t quote me that day but I would get a call the next day. They called me 2 weeks later to say they finally had a quote for me.

I know this does not help because it has already passed but this is not the way we do business and not the way I want my business portrayed. I take this very seriously. Time is precious and we need to respect our clients time. I will be doing a training with him on this review. I will go over this with him and go through different things that we could have done different, like handing this off to a supervisor or another plumber due to his issues. They start by sending a text with a picture of the serviceman on his way to my home, red door mat with shoe slippers protection, including a spotless detailed cleanup! it just went okay the entire time they were trying to upsell and saying if we didn't accept the upsell the work may not be able to be done properly and the property would be a risk for severe water damage

They were supposed to come 7-10. Didn't hear from them. When got there said cost $650 instead of $489 quoted. Then talked us out of RO for whole house system. We found a local person, ordered our own for $189 and he charged $150 to install.

Three years, three handymen, no answers...and it wasn't for lack of trying. Plumbing Masters had the tools, knowledge, and dedication required to tackle the problem. Costly? Yes. But after paying handymen by the hour, watching more and more holes being cut out of a wall, and hearing, "Gee, sorry ma'am, but I sure don't know where the mildew smell is coming from," I was ready for an expert. Angie's List's timing in offering a special for service by Plumbing Masters was a God-send. Within 15 minutes they solved the mystery and went after it using high-tech tools and years of experience from similar issues.

Mark and Randy Aden were sent to my home to give me an estimate on relocating a roof drain. After looking over the work they let me know that, while they would be happy to do the work, it would be less expensive for me use their subcontractor instead (which is who they would be using anyway for this job). I thanked them for this information and was impressed by their willingness to help me get the job done for less cost. This type of professionalism is becoming more and more uncommon. If I ever have a need for a plumbing service I will definitely call on this company again. AND the person they referred me to came out and gave me an estimate shortly after their visit.
