The company kept coming out for a couple of months and didn't charge us anything until they got it perfect. They kept working with us. They would come the same day that we called. They got whatever we needed to purify the water and they didn't charge us until they got it right. Their prices were very reasonable. Another company was quoting prices that were double in price and they were not willing to work with us. We don't have a standard purification system; it is massive. They now come out about every 6 months to service the equipment

The copper pipe began developing pinhole leaks in December 2015 (concrete and copper don't play nice together). Last December, I had another plumber bust open the slab to repair a cold water leak and a few weeks later another pin hole leak sprung on the hot water line. Given the age of the copper, I made the decision to replace the plumbing throughout the house. After soliciting bids from several local plumbers, I decided to go with Joe P Clark based on their positive reviews, the competitiveness of the price quoted, and their professionalism throughout the bid process. I'm so glad I did. From start to finish, Joe P Clark was just outstanding. It took approximately 5 days to repipe the house, but they worked very hard to get the job done right the first time. I was very impressed with the quality of their work, their constant communication as the job progressed, and how they cleaned up each day. I highly recommend Joe P Clark

"They can out on short notice to follow up after another company indicated that the unit was "shot" and needed to be replaced. Since all seemed OK to me I used Angie's list to find Certified. They turn out to be just around the corner and stopped over no-charge to take a look. Unit was running fine ... they finished the service and charged me a reasonable fee for the yearly server.
