Work was very good, on time and high level of competence. The second time I had called in a busy period and it took a while for them to get back to me - like a couple of weeks. Then I got on the list but with a backlog of another couple of weeks. However, my job was not an emergency and it was fine for me. I would definitely use again, except perhaps if it was an emergency repair needed.

Very difficult to access from below! Two other people had tried various tools to tighten the faucet and failed. He analyzed the problem, had the tool and was able to reach into an extremely narrow space to fix it -- no small task! Not only that, he only charged $40.

My home was built in 1952 on a slab foundation with copper water supply lines buried in the slab.  The copper pipe began developing pinhole leaks in December 2015 (concrete and copper don't play nice together).  Last December, I had another plumber bust open the slab to repair a cold water leak and a few weeks later another pin hole leak sprung on the hot water line. Given the age of the copper, I made the decision to replace the plumbing throughout the house.  After soliciting bids from several local plumbers, I decided to go with Joe P Clark based on their positive reviews, the competitiveness of the price quoted, and their professionalism throughout the bid process.  I'm so glad I did.  From start to finish, Joe P Clark was just outstanding.  It took approximately 5 days to repipe the house, but they worked very hard to get the job done right the first time.  I was very impressed with the quality of their work, their constant communication as the job progressed, and how they cleaned up each day.  I highly recommend Joe P Clark.

He was okay. It took them two hours to replace the faucet. We don't have any problems with it. It was pretty good. They shouldn't take two hours to remove the faucet and replace it. He should be more expedient in his services.

He arrived on time and quickly assessed the cause.  A pipe was leaking behind the wall behind the faucets. Without removing unnecessary tiles, he speedily fixed the problem.  He also unclogged 2 drains and fixed a jammed disposal.
He was knowledgeable, respectful, cheerful and courteous.  I would recommend the firm to anyone desiring a quality job at a reasonable price.

The work was well executed and the price was fair.  The main issue I had with this vendor was scheduling.  The $225 coupon was initially purchased on 08/16/2015.  The vendor was contacted shortly thereafter to schedule service.  After somehow getting lost in the shuffle twice, the work was eventually completed on 09/15/2015.  Like I said the work was solid, but the frustration involved with scheduling definitely soured my overall experience.  For this reason, I have to rate them a solid B.

The provider showed up first thing in the morning and immediately went to work. He ended up needing to leave for about 45 minutes to get another tool. He didn't charge me for the time away (some folks would). He was able to successfully clear the clog and repair the pipes. I will certainly use them again.
