Best water softener pros near Hanover, VA

"We live in a rural area and have had many issues with finding a good contractor for many projects we have had. Many are over priced and do not complete projects as specified. Best Water was awesome. They came out and were on time as scheduled and very informative of the problem and the work they would be doing to repair the problem. They gave a fair price and went the extra mile. Very professional. I would highly recommend them."

"Evan was efficient and thorough. He knew when he arrived about service I'd had performed on the system a couple months ago and asked me how everything seemed to be working. I will continue to use this company and welcome Evan back any time as my service technician."

"The sales rep took several water testsâ ¦ The sales rep took several water tests and showed me the results. She told me that I needed more than just a water softener. I also needed a system to address the rust and iron in my well water. I did not want to spend a fortune but the sales lady was pretty convincing. The price was good and the workmanship was excellent. My water is clean again ! Now I can tackle the original problem. My toilet has bad rust stains. I will either get it clean, or replace it. I could not do this until the water was fixed."

"These guys really know their stuff, I'm already telling my neighbors they need to have their water checked."

"Requested a quote for converting our old hot water heater to a new tankless unit, Southern Plumbing sent Nick S. to us, hands down the most professional,, and meticulous repair job. Nick beat Michael and Sons’ estimate by $2000 for the same unit without even knowing it. Southern’s business office was responsive, honest, and fast. I Would highly recommend Southern Plumbing."

"Very professional, I called on Friday and he came right away to see why we had no water. He replaced pump and pressure tank for me. He worked on Sunday so I won't have to go too many days without water as he had another job on Saturday. He also found a couple of little leaks in my old cooper pipes after everything was replaced and fixed these for me. I am very grateful that I had to go only two days without water. He gave me advise about my whole system since I live in a very old house."

"He knew exactly what to do and fixed the unit and advised me where to order special filters. He kept me advised on everything he was doing and how the system worked. I really appreciated this. Great service."
