On July 30, 2025 (30-31) Chris and Gibson installed Mainline/Tosot Multi zone mini split unit, 3 zones. Chip Young came out, and we discussed the best areas to place the 3 units indoors. I’d heard positive reviews of mini splits and their performance but remained doubtful. However, it is remarkably impressive. Wonderful individuals who are friendly and approachable. I’m delighted with their service. Something I like to bring up is the big box store’s $6000.00 higher price. Mini splits become more affordable with the right installers. Paying with cash got me a significant discount. They handled both equipment delivery and installation. My house has lacked heat and air conditioning for 3 decades. My living situation is luxurious because of Taylor Heating and Air. Great people and great service. You can’t go wrong; they even called me to make sure all went well. I suggest you avoid calling others; it’s not worth the risk. Great job, thank you.

Great work on time very polite and clean did a great job

Researched extensively prices for the installation of electric heat pump and gas furnace during Feb 2024. Got several quotes from different companies and reviewed the details. Taylor provided the best equipment for the best price and even assisted with the tax credit information. The installation was performed in one day and extra crew was provided to finish the job. Daniel has provided good customer service thereafter.

They were professional and courteous, timely and communicative. They were also reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

11/19/24 Taylor Heating and Air did an excellent job of installing a new Heat Pump system for the upstairs area of my home. They replaced the old hydronic system which had gone bad. They did a complete system replacement. The technician Chris O. was extremely knowledgeable, professional and highly respectful of my property. Kept me informed and sort my consent as to how he was planning on accomplishing certain installation requirement. I got about five estimates for this job and Taylor had the most economical package. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC work or more. The whole staff were all very nice people.

If you arenâ t using Taylor Heating and Air youâ re really missing out! We contracted with them for a condensing boiler in 2023 and new HVAC in 2024. Both times they were on time, courteous, clean, and mindful of our budget. I canâ t recommend them enough for the excellent customer service and fair pricing. Iâ ll be a customer for life!

They were very quick turnaround, they were able to install the complete system it the day after I sign the contract. Patrick and Chris did a great job and they had to work in very difficult condition because this was an old building. I would highly recommend them.

We were very happy we contacted ANGI to help us find a HVAC Company to replace our indoor/outdoor heat pump system. Mr. Taylor from Taylor Heating &Air responded quickly and sent someone out to our home the next day. Taylor's representative was very friendly, professional & extremely knowledgeable regarding the best system to meet our needs. He gave a detailed proposal with all the added features we requested & were much cheaper than another company we interviewed. The men installing both units did a great job!!! Very polite, respectful & considerate of newly painted home. They put down drop cloths & cleaned up. Also went over all details of installation & made sure I understood new thermostat systrm. Price was good, service was good I just did not like how they left the power supply line attached to the outside of the wall it is an eye sore.

The two mechanics that did my project were David and Keith Jr. They both were young but did a professional job. While most young people like to talk on cell phone more than work these two individuals finish job in timely manner. Job looks professional inside and out. Would definitely recommend for your heating and air conditioner needs.

The team was focused, competent, able to work through challenges, supported each other to accomplish the installation smoothly and in a timely manner. Minimal disruption of the household. They were considerate in vehicle positioning and materials handling. They were communicative, explained procedures during installation, and cleaned up as they went. Installation was aesthetic (looked good) and made sense when the work was finished. I would hire them for subsequent work.

We enjoyed our experience with Taylor Construction Services Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. Wes, the owner, was very informative and answered all our questions about replacing both units in our home. He emailed detailed quotes the same day that included several replacement options for each unit. We received quotes from several other companies, but Taylorâ s quotes were significantly more affordable than the other quotes. Once we made our decision to move forward with Taylor, they installed both our units within a couple of business days. The mechanics (David, Daniel, and Moses) were great! They were prompt each day (actually arrived earlier than expected), friendly, and ensured that we knew how to operate the equipment once the installation was complete.
