Both (repair and replacement) went very well. The technician was punctual, did the work in a timely fashion and cleaned up the work area after the work was completed. I have used SSI in the past and would hire them again. They do quality work and their pricing is fair and competitive. One other thing, I did not feel pressured to have any extra work done, but was provided estimates for my review.

The technician did a great job. He was on time, inspected the issue I was experiencing, and explained my options. He had the work completed within an hour and my toilet was working again without leaks. I purchased the plumbing membership as well since my home is nearing a quarter century old. It affords me piece of mind. I would highly recommend SSI. I have used them in the past for my HVAC issues as well.

Went well, fully satisfied. I had to order some fixtures for a subsequent visit which was scheduled at my convenience. Work went well and when I had a question (not worksmanship related) after the install and payment they were responsive and stood behind their work. Second job we've had SSI take care of, would hire again. Thank you.

The technician came into the house, did not make an assessment of what was actually wrong with the system, did not fix anything, and did not call me at until 2 days later. He did charge me for a tune-up and did not do any work. I called a competitor, who came out the next day, made an assessment,communicated to be what needed to be done and fixed the system!!

Went great, the hose bibb and some of the copper needed replacing and the work was done to my satisfaction. The technician was skilled and good on etiquette in the COVID era. Gave me some pointers and appreciated his demeanor. Would hire again.

I knew a new water heater was needed when you need to turn up the water heat to get any hot water out of the system. Called and was able to get same day removal and installation of a new gas water heater. Process was smooth and I have a great product installed by a certified technician. What could be better. SSI is my go to for plumbing issues.

Jermaine was the specialist sent. I have had him before, and requested him again. He is courteous in answering and explaining my questions. He is thorough in his work. He also took care of my son's air conditioning maintenance this same day. He recommended items that he would suggest needed prompt action and why. I was thoroughly pleased with Jermaine's work, and will always ask for him when needing service to either my furnacr or air conditioner. Kudos to SSI for having Jermaine as a technician.

Outstanding service. Sump pump failed during heavy rainstorm. Water all over our basement. SSI was the only company able to respond that night. They arrived around 3 am and finished within an hour.

Too expensive I was quoted $275 for installing the faucet and they wanted over $500 to snake the shower and one sink. I told him that due to already being at the house go ahead with faucet installation, but I'll do the snaking of the shower and sink myself. I'll never call them AGAIN! Maybe they should be working in Beverly Hills at those prices....

I looked at your estimate for the snaking of your shower and sink, and it looks like that total for that is $406. Our plumbers do carry the appropriate equipment to be able to properly snake your clogged drains. This equipment cannot be purchased from a home improvement store, so this price is to have an experienced plumber with the necessary equipment be able to successfully unclog your drain for you. We would love to have another chance to show you how great our plumbers and our company is, so please do not hesitate to call for any future HVAC and Plumbing service.
