"Agape Plumbing appreciates the comments of each review and Agape Plumbing understands the homeowner complaint. To be honest about the matter, the issue was a toilet that was over 40 yrs old and the homeowner was informed that the best option was to get a new toilet, because the part needed probably was not made anymore. The homeowners chose not to get a new toilet and kept talking about his finances and why he did not want a new toilet. The homeowner and Agape Plumbing both tried to find the old exact part or a newer version, which neither one of us could find. Agape Plumbing only went to the house once just for an estimate and not to work on the project. He also had another toilet downstairs that he had another plumber or just a handyman work on and was not satisfied about that work. He stated that he wanted Agape Plumbing to look at that also but never touch it. Agape Plumbing was at the homeowner's property about an hour and explained to the homeowner that if the part could not be found, it will be better to put in a new toilet. This was explained to the homeowner more than four times within an hour time frame. He did not want to get a new toilet and the part that he needed could not be found. He never hired me but I told him I would try to find the part but I could not promise him due to the age of the toilet. We talked on the phone for two days after that about the update on parts and then he informed me he would get someone else. Next thing you know this review comes in about his job, when nothing was done to the toilet as far as from Agape Plumbing side. How can you write a negative review about a company when the company came out for an estimate only and only was there for an hour explaining what the situation was."
"Agape Plumbing appreciates all aspect of reviews that are given. These fixtures had plastic parts and they were tested properly before leaving. Also, the fixtures were tested while the homeowner was in the bathroom and other issues were explained dealing with these owner supplied parts."
