Air Patrol Air ConditioningI have had their System in my house for about 2 years now. 1) It was a MAJOR upgrade from what I had. It's warm in the winter, and cool in the Summer 2) My heating bill and cooling are LESS. 3) Their pricing was $4,000 cheaper than one place and $6,000 cheaper than another place (That includes a rebate from Texas that you could only get from qualified Installers. There are only a few of Installers in DFW b/c the high requirements can't be met by most of the HVAC installers out there. ) 4) 10 Year Free Warranty!!! 5) Shawn Grazer is such a jolly and humble man. 6) I have called them in on the free warranty a couple of times. They have always been punctual, and it's always been FREE. I haven't even had to fight them for it for a second. They bring up that it's free before I do. They must keep VERY good records. 7) During the February 2021 Texas Snowstorm / power outage that shut down DFW for multiple days, I called them that morning, and they were out that evening. I told them I was fine and I could wait a few days with my 1500 watt heaters, BUT THEY DROVE THROUGH ICE AND SNOW. I repeat the roads were HORRIBLE!!! I can't believe they came that day. #UNBELIEVABLE customer service 8) Yeah I've recommended them to my friends, and Yes they used them. Overall they are hard working, and willing to earn their pay. One of the few companies out their that is not trying to rip off their customers. Chick-Fil-A service but done at a McDonald's price tag.- Cameron T.

They have been servicing these units for 10 years and I have found they are the best service company I have ever dealt with. When ever I have AC problems at my home or office they have ALWAYS fixed them fast, friendly and for a fair price. Berkeys Air Conditioning Plumbing & ElectricalI called for service on Monday, August 17th, 2020 they were able to schedule for The 19th. I decided to purchase the annual service contract called BAM for $99.00. It waves the initial appointment fee of $69.00 and gives a 15% discount on any work. I was concerned because my AC is only 2 1/2 years old. There were not problems needing repair. The system froze up due to a dirty air filter. My bad. The technician Juan was professional and informative. In addition to checking the AC system he checked the furnace as well. Not issues but he did tell me the furnace is 12 years old, which I knew. He also suggested that I need a larger air return. He sent me estimates on both a new furnace and additional return. I'm planning to stick with Berkey;s.- Scott H.

called their emergency number during the holidays, after hours. their phone service seems pretty professional as it gets you to an operator that helps get the information for the service. the operator contacted the on call service tech and he called within 30 min. Came right out to our house and helped us with our sewer stoppage issue. Wade was super nice very professional. Since it was during the holidays after hours, we felt pretty bad but he was really nice and made the whole process really easy.

It's currently 0 degrees as one of the worst cold fronts ever has hit Dallas, so I understand. My heat went out early last night so I called Service Experts / Levy where I have a contract and have been a customer for over a decade - they've apparently gotten so large through acquisitions that they've lost control of their business.. I have electricity & am thankful for that, which also means that they can't repair something for those with no electricity. When I called at 7:30 PM, much to my surprise and pleasure, I was told that someone would come. We talked & I was told that I've got a VIP contract and was a 'priority customer' so someone would come. At midnight, 4.5 hours later, no one had showed up, so I called & was told they'd schedule me & I'd get a call in the a.m. - guess what, no call, so I called two times & was told that I was on the list to which I asked 'what list' and was then told that it's the list for the agents who are 'on call', (so who knows who they're using as contract labor for this). l reminded them of the priority i was told about & wanted a specific appointment, & was refused. It's 47 degree in my house where I'm typing this & my unit has been out for 15 hrs - pretty miserable, but they begin and end the conversation by thanking me very much for being a preferred customer and literally tell me to have a 'great' and 'wonderful' day - can you imagine - I'm freezing, can't get the truth or any satisfaction, and am told to have a wonderful day - poor PR on their part, and they can't even get the basics down as to how to talk to people during such stressed times - - they sure give a great sales pitch when they sell the contract to customers and equally as bad is that when I call, I can't even get the truth - if they can't deliver, then tell me, but instead they choose not to tell the truth - - ALSO, one person I talked to told me she was an answering service where my call rolled into, but when I asked another to speak to someone with the company, she insisted, even when pushed, that she was the company. The last two times I called, they said that a 'manager' would call me back in 15 to 20 minutes. That was two hours ago - - They've been around for decades, are known to be expensive, and have been a fine company when everything is perfect, but when something out of the ordinary happens, they fold, and loyal customers like me become the victims of their lack of competence - - be careful when selecting a company - we are freezing, am told that someone may come but they qualify that by saying it could be tonight, WHICH MAKES NO SENSE, and won't get any more specific, WHICH ALSO MAKES NO SENSE, SO I can't leave my house - VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED, AND IF I DON'T GET SOME SATISFACTION AND THE TRUTH, I WILL FIND ANOTHER COMPANY WHEN THE WEATHER CLEARS AND BE SURE TO SHARE THIS SERVICE EXPERT / LEVY STORY WITH EVERYONE I TALK TO

I scheduled an appointment to get my air conditioner fixed. At the end of the appointment window, the dispatcher called to say the technician was 20 minutes away. After waiting for an additional hour, I called back. Dispatch said he was 20 minutes away and apologized. They said he was stuck in traffic. When he arrived, the technician was very abrasive and hardly made an effort to wear a mask in my house. It was obvious the technician had been smoking weed. After looking at the air conditioner for 10 minutes, the technician said the only option was to replace the entire system and began going through pricing for a new unit. It was clear his only intention was to sell me a new unit. I had a second company come out and they had no issue fixing my current system. Very disappointed in metro express.
