On Saturday at 10am, the Ace A/C technician, Barry, came out to assess the situation. He quickly determined that an automatic switch on the heater door was not properly being activated, and after he corrected it, the fan came on and heat began to flow. That gave us emergency heat. He returned at 10am on New Year's Day, and completed the necessary repairs quickly to restore the heat pump to full operation. He checked out the entire unit to find, contrary to what we were told by the company that installed it, that the unit was in good repair and was working properly, and did not need to have anything replaced. He thoroughly explained what he had done; and gave us his final invoice that was 60% lower than the first quote from the company that had installed the system. We will definitely call on Ace the next time we need service.

They are punctual and they do a fine job.  It’s not a very big company.  I have used them for a few years.  They come when they say they are coming.  We never had problems after they have been here.  From my knowledge, they do a thorough job.  Their professionalism is excellent.  They are just very professional.  In fact I get the same person come each year for us.  the system looks quietly and efficiently and is done.

Repair man showed up early on the next morning. He found fan was not working due to bent pin in wall thermostat. Compressor was still not working. Clifton check compressor and found leaking capacitor and replaced. Since system is 10 years old suggested that it needed to up graded with more efficient unit. (5 ton) and gave written quote.
We will more than likely have them to install new unit.

They did a great job for me. The technician Barry assured me that the money saved on my A/C would be well worth it. Their workman were very efficient and hardworking and seemed to really care about doing a good job. This review is being left by Anita Coker on my friend's account. I was very happy with the work and would reccomend them to others. The price included a 10 year warranty on the unit and a four year warranty on the labor.

They check my AC and Heatng system every Spring and Fall so that little problems don't become big ones.

They have been servicing our unit for several years. They first call to set up a time and then they call a day or two before to remind me that they are coming. It is a handy way to business. I would recommend them to others.

It has all been good. They stay on top of their business. They call me regularly when it is time to have work done on the system.

This isn't the first time I have used this company; I have been using them for a while now. They always show up on time and are always very polite and courteous. I pay them each time they come out. I do not have a service agreement with them.
