"Excellent. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Southern Air Mechancial LLC for my Air conditioning service needs. Out of habit, I had been using another vendor who recently told me in the last 10 days that my unit was oversized for my duct work, that it was going to take 6 hours to fix it, and was about to sell me a part with installation and labor that would have cost $1400. The tech said it would break in a year and the owner basically tried to sell me a new AC unit. Got a little suspicious after asking if my unit could be adjusted since it was a variable speed down to a 3 ton and the owner said, "well, let me send my tech again". I called Southern Air and spoke to Clint, the owner. I had purchased the unit 7 years ago and without hesitation, Clint visited with his technician, and replaced the part that was a known problem with my manufacturer. He warrantied the part and was back out in two days and had the system cooling within 2 hours. I will only use Southern Air Mechanical and now know how trustworthy they are and what excellent service they provide. You can't and will not go wrong by choosing Southern Air Mechanical for your AC needs."

"Very good experience. To begin with we didn't know the cause of our problem or even who to call. We had what looked like mold forming around a few of the air vents. Aire Serve came out and quickly identified the problem as very, very old (ductwork (37 years) that was disintegrating in places, hot air mixing with cold and then condensing with dust on the outside of our air vents. The agent was very knowledgable and professional. He gave us a bid that we accepted for replacing ALL the ductwork with new ductwork that meets current standards and also replacing the dirty/moldy air vents. The crew of 3 came out a few days later and they were equally professional and knowledgable. They completed the job in the forecasted 5 hours, including an add-on task we gave them that they performed very meticulously and which took the 3 of them an extra hour to perform. They showed no hesitation about accepting the add-on task (covering and sealing the residual dust/mold on the walls and ceilings around the air vents. When they were done they left the house and attic spotless."
