"After the reading formal complaint, the technician arrived onsite and found condensation in the emergency drain pan. The technician also found the PVC drain line clogged. There were several attempts to unclog the drain line by using nitrogen and adding cleaner to the drain line. After several attempts to unclog the drain line, it was not possible due to the homeowner not having the equipment serviced throughout the course of the year. The homeowner called the manager Reginald accusing him that the overflow of the water was caused by the previous technician. After management arrived onsite the homeowner stated that Evolution Heating & Cooling was responsible for the damages that the water had caused. We saw no visual damage. After management reviewed the situation and saw the condensation back into the emergency drain pan, management informed the homeowner that this was a previous issue because the drain line was clogged. Management attempted to unclog the drain, which was unsuccessful. Since the drain could not be successfully unclogged, we informed the homeowner that he would not have any AC that evening due to the clogged drain. We also informed the homeowner that we would return the following day to make the repairs to the air conditioning system. A scheduled appointment was made for the following day. The homeowner informed the warranty company that they declined Evolution Heating & Cooling services. We apologize on behalf of everyone at Evolution Heating & Cooling. Please know that your situation was an exception. As you can see in other reviews, we are known for taking ownership and caring deeply about our customers. We can’t fix the past, but you have our personal commitment to improve the way our staff service every customer. Until then, please accept our sincerest apologies on behalf of everyone on our team."
