During a heat wave, my air conditioner frozen, so I frantically called Evolution Heating & Cooling. Quickly upon arrival, their expert assessed the situation and promptly set out to resolve it. A clogged filter and low refrigerant were the reasons. He fixed everything that needed fixing and gave me pointers on how to keep it from happening again. I was quite impressed by their expertise and level of service.

We were freezing since our heat pump was not turning on. According to this company, the problem was caused by a thermostat that was wired incorrectly. They were sent to my home by my warranty provider to fix a very minor leak falling into the catch tray due to a clogged PVC pipe. Their technician came in and said "Sir, I'm going to be honest, I dont really know what I'm doing" as he cut the pipe and poured a liquid into it. He tried to put the pipe back together, but didn't do it right so it burst causing a bigger leak falling on the ceiling instead of the catch tray that ended up pouring from my attic through the second floor and down to my living room. Now I have water in the ceilings, in the electrical socket attached to my living room ceiling fan, in the walls, and water damaged floors. When I called Reggie he said "it's not my fault, you had a clogged drain." He left my house saying "no AC tonight" leaving the pipes clogged and cut open in the attic and refusing to take responsibility for his technician making something manageable into the bigger problem that it is now. And if that wasn't enough, he slammed my front door on his way out. So now I have no AC and no electricity in my living room because water got into the electrical wiring in my ceiling fan. Zero accountability from Reginal Thomas and Evolution Heating & Cooling.

"After the reading formal complaint, the technician arrived onsite and found condensation in the emergency drain pan. The technician also found the PVC drain line clogged. There were several attempts to unclog the drain line by using nitrogen and adding cleaner to the drain line. After several attempts to unclog the drain line, it was not possible due to the homeowner not having the equipment serviced throughout the course of the year. The homeowner called the manager Reginald accusing him that the overflow of the water was caused by the previous technician. After management arrived onsite the homeowner stated that Evolution Heating & Cooling was responsible for the damages that the water had caused. We saw no visual damage. After management reviewed the situation and saw the condensation back into the emergency drain pan, management informed the homeowner that this was a previous issue because the drain line was clogged. Management attempted to unclog the drain, which was unsuccessful. Since the drain could not be successfully unclogged, we informed the homeowner that he would not have any AC that evening due to the clogged drain. We also informed the homeowner that we would return the following day to make the repairs to the air conditioning system. A scheduled appointment was made for the following day. The homeowner informed the warranty company that they declined Evolution Heating & Cooling services. We apologize on behalf of everyone at Evolution Heating & Cooling. Please know that your situation was an exception. As you can see in other reviews, we are known for taking ownership and caring deeply about our customers. We can’t fix the past, but you have our personal commitment to improve the way our staff service every customer. Until then, please accept our sincerest apologies on behalf of everyone on our team."

I can't thank Reggie & his team enough!!!! Not only were they professional, punctual, and a clear communicator but he was actually willing to do the big task of replacing my evaporator coil which was installed incorrectly by the previous owner. It's a very large job and he showed up on time the next day to complete it. Very appreciative of their professionalism and will be using them for all HVAC needs going forward.
