It was a complete new system, the last air conditioner installer messed up our system downstairs and they came and fixed it, put a new compressor in and ran all new duct work.

Removed and replaced 5 ton Rheem AC unit with Lennox XC16 system. Fast, friendly installation. Fair pricing No complaints of any sort. (Also replaced air handler and thermostat - House is total electric. Air handler includes 20 KW heating elements)

The technician was courteous, professional and knowledgeable.  He arrived early after calling me to ensure it would be ok.  He completed the work much quicker than I thought it would take.  The company is very good at reminding the customer of the appointment and letting them know when the tech is on the way out.  I have used this company for several years now to service and maintain my HVAC system.     

Called at 1230 and by 1400 the technician was there and all was repaired, House was 86 degrees by then so the quick response and repair of an 18 year old system was awesome!!

They always do a good job for me. I like them because I can call them and they will go right out. They know my property and I can trust them even though I am a long way away from them. I can call them and they know right where to go. They called me and informed me what needed to be done. I gave them the okay so now they have gone back to do what has to be done. One of best things about them is that when I call them they send someone out pretty quickly like within a day even if they can't do the work on that day. They come out and make an estimate and see what they would have to do. Their prices are reasonable. They are friendly, reliable and honest. They inform me about the problem and don't try to oversell any services. They have kept my air conditioner going for a long time. They accept credit cards.

It was a good experience with them. They were very responsive when I called them. I never had to leave a message, they always answered the phone. They came the same day when they could. When they came, they were always very friendly. They didn't try to take advantage of us. I would use them in the future.

This was our third time that we had Pate out for various service. Every time they are very responsive and their prices are very reasonable. I would definately recommend them to anyone that needs someone that they can trust.
