Needed complete evacuation/recharge of Freon due to Schroeder valve leak inside house. Major cost for Freon, but service was fantastic! Responded within hour of call and waited patiently for me to get back and forth to location twice.

I initially called Love Air for a second opinion on an estimate, and was struck by how knowledgeable George is about HVAC systems. He is very responsive to phone calls or texts, and was able to work in my appointments quickly. I ultimately selected his company for a full HVAC system replacement, and they arrived right on time, took care to not damage my floors, and finished the work quickly. I would absolutely recommend Love Air for all of your HVAC needs!

George is so prompt and honest! We've called twice now within a 6 month span and each time he answers & comes quickly to the rescue. The first time he came, he came in 100*+ weather and replaced a part in our A/C unit and did it quickly while still walking us through everything that had to be done. The second time, I called because our heater was making a funny noise & 45 minutes later he came by because we were in his route. And he saw that it was a drywall issue & quickly repaired it. So grateful for his responsiveness!

George was prompt courteous and professional. I felt like he is knowledgeable and honest. My system was frozen, so we had to let it thaw. He came back on time and diagnosed the issue and did the repair. My AC has been working since. During the service George gave my wife and I good information. Very professional and knowledgeable. My air conditioner had a blocked drain pipe. I called Love Air in the morning and George came out a few hours later. George answered all my questions. Should my a/c or heater act up in the future, I plan on using Love Air again. Reasonable prices.

Overcharged me when home advisor sent me a link for 15% off afterwards. Did bother to clean inside the working unit, would not recommend.

He gave me recommendations on how to get the best out of my AC. Very professional and above else honest. It's hard to find honest technicians today and I value his honesty and character.

"Hi Ken, you are correct, the cost of R22 Freon is super high because it is been phased out of production as of 1/20/2020. I have also spoken to you by phone a number of times since I was at your home and do not recall you asking me for a detailed bid for the job you need to have done. I would be happy to come back to your home and sit down with you to explain everything and will also provide you with a detailed bid. Sorry for the confusion!"
