Perfect service. The only company with knowledge of mini split ductless units. Also great with my commercial coolers. There is no one more knowledgeable or honest than Tom and Jeff.

The Silers are the most professional and knowledgable air conditioning service I have ever used. It was so refreshing to have them at my house after other contractors left me high and dry. They are completely trustworthy, and I can't say enough good about them!

I would recommend Tom and Willow Park Air to anyone who needs service on their heating and ac for their home or business. Tom was on time, knew what he was doing and was honest in his evaluation of our units. I think his pricing is very reasonable for the conscientious and thorough work he did for us.

Called Tom b/c he was local for a 2nd opinion. After showing him the reports of the 1st company, who said we were leaking freon, he said the numbers actually looked pretty good, but he'd check anyway. He found the "leak" in one place to be a faulty valve and replaced it. Said the other system was working fine and that we could probably get several more years out of our system. Other companies badmouthed our current system. He did a great job and was very thorough and honest. I even felt comfortable enough to leave the house while he was here. He gets a C for punctuality b/c it took several tries to actually get him here to get it all done, but his work makes up for that. Maybe it's just me being too impatient. He was easy to work with and willing to stay late and even come on the weekend if he needed to w/o charging extra.

They did a great job. It is a man and his son that work together and they run the company. They are so polite and know how to do a good job. They came on time and were helpful in answering all of my questions thoroughly. They were respectful of my house and did not make a mess. This is the kind of company I would definitely recommend.

EXCELLENT WORK. INSTALLED AND DID ALL WORK FOR QUOTED PRICE. SHOWED UP ON TIME AND FIXES HAVE WORKED WELL FOR SIX MONTHS NOW. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND NICE PERSON. OWNER IS A RETIRE MECHANICAL ENGINEER. HE KNOWS HIS STUFF.
